Es ist eine Ehre, nach der Renovierung des Hotels zu sein, auch die Renovierung ist noch auf dem anderen Flügel. Sehr schönes Personal beginnt vom Vorbüro bis zum Café (für Frühstück natürlich). Gut eingerichtetes Hotel, eine Mischung aus modernem und traditionellem Aussehen. Ein wenig Lärm aufgrund der anstehenden Renovierung, aber im Allgemeinen war alles sehr gut. Schönes Frühstück, einfache Ein- und Auschecken, großer Parkplatz, sauberes Zimmer, sauberes Pool, genügend Handtücher am Pool und schöne Gastfreundschaft.

Hi, we had a great stay in AC hotel. The room is very clean and shower is great with strong water pressure. Morning breakfast is good too. We really had a good rest and pleasant stay.

The room is spacious and clean. Located right in the middle of Kuantan city. Just beside Megamall shopping complex, however the mall not like it used to be. Lot of shops already closed. However, this hotel location is quite nearby to other new shopping complexes in Kuantan. The parking lot could use some upgrade though, as it was open space and the tarmac is not properly done.

Well eventhough we have to wait for quite a long time before we can enter our villa it is quite worth it .. villa no 5 is spacious, aesthetic, privacy.. but maybe the cleanliness of the pool can be improved , and it is quite far to go to the other side of the beach just to get proper sand n beach. My slipped disc got worsen. The ok part is when i asked for late check out they gave me late checkout till 12 but i asked late checkout until 2pm i just need to add additional rm80. Convenience for family which has baby 4 months old and a child 5 years old. Safety features quite ok for an architecture made villas … bed are large and comfy. Bfast is ok.. maybe can also maintain n trim the woods inside the compound.. look at thavorn village phuket decorations n how they manage to keep nature tidy.

Obwohl ein wenig auf der preiswerten Seite pro Nachtrate, genossen meine fmly und ich insgesamt unseren 2-Nacht- Aufenthalt in The Colony. Ich war angenehmen überrascht, wie sauber und neu dieser Ort war. Nicht ablaufen, obwohl ich jetzt etwa 5 Jahre geöffnet habe. Sehr gut gepflegt, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel machte. Wir mögen, wie industrielle und moderne Aussicht auf diesen ganzen Ort ist. Der Wasserdruck im Badezimmer war gut, das Bettwäsche war sauber, die Einrichtungen waren gut gefüllt, der Schwimmbad war ziemlich klein, aber sauber und angemessen genug, um die Kinder glücklich zu halten. Eines merkwürdiges aber war, dass wir 2019 einen grünen Teebeutel gegeben wurden, aber es ist schon 2022 jetzt. Rezeptionist sagte, es ist eigentlich das Herstellungsdatum statt das Verfallsdatum, aber wir wollten das Risiko nicht nehmen, so dass wir es nicht verbrauchen. Und die Menge an Seife und Shampoo, die man gab, war wahrscheinlich zu wenig in kleinen kleinen Flaschen. Das Badezimmer war nach der Dusche etwas verschlossen. Aber alles andere war gut und schön. Ich denke, der Soundtrack war ok, da es keine Lärmstörungen aus anderen Zimmern gab. So hatten wir ununterbrochen Schlaf. Dieses Gasthaus hat zwei Lager mit insgesamt 8 Zimmern. 4 am oberen und 4 am unteren. Alles in allen Daumen auf und wenn die Chance und die Notwendigkeit, wieder nach Kuantan zu reisen, wären wir mehr als glücklich, hier zurück zu bleiben.
