The worst receptionist and manager at there, close the check counter at 10pm, when called no answer. Then how i am supposed to verify my check in timing and ask details. The best part, when went there, the security guard has to phonr on the manager where he is staying there itself. After 20 mins he came down n was told bookings under trip is no more available, then WTH you all still inside trip.com. stupidity beyond sky limits. He just told me off ask trip.comto refund n walked off, i mean like seriously!!!. Its either the trip.com take this hotel out from the app , if not u all gona look very2 bad in the public eye, im avid user of this app, but my patience tolerance is a peak. I wouldnt mind to make a nuisance out of this matter . Thank you

Ich hatte meinen Netzstecker vergessen, also habe ich an der Rezeption gefragt und sie haben mir einen geliehen! Ansonsten war der Portier sehr nett und es war ein wunderschönes Hotel! Ich habe an einem Tag gefrühstückt, wie man es in einem multiethnischen Land erwarten würde. Ich war froh, verschiedene Gerichte probieren zu können. Was mich störte, war, dass ich nicht wusste, wie ich das Wasser aus der Badewanne ablassen sollte. Es wurde jedoch gut gereinigt, sodass es kein Problem gab. Vielen Dank!

Leider das traurigste Hotel auf der Reise . Gut war die 8 min Fußweglage zum Klia Express Die NU mall ist auch sehr schön und umfangreich Ansonsten das Hotel renovierter Klotz mit leider sehr eingeschränktem Rundumblick , weil verbaut Zimmer ok , aber eher hohes Budget Ambiente Für den Preis habe ich deutlich besser in KL genächtigt

Das Front Office ist in drei Apartment-Namen unterteilt. Die Dame in einem anderen Apartment wird sich wie eine Prinzessin benehmen, solange sie weiß, dass Sie nicht zu ihrem Apartment kommen. Das Warten auf den Aufzug wird das große Problem sein 😞 Der Swimmingpool auf dem Dach ist großartig.

wollen Sie ein Kuala Lumpur ohne den Verkehr in Bukit Bintang erleben? Dann kommen Sie einfach hierher. Eine ganz neue Gegend, neu und alles ist einfach schön. Sie haben Pavilion Damansara (das ist Pavilion 3) direkt neben dem Hotel, es ist zu Fuß erreichbar! Ich liebe ihre Balmain-Toilettenartikel und was für ein riesiges Zimmer! Eine schlechte Sache ist der Parkplatz, ich dachte, es wäre ein kostenloser Parkplatz, aber am Ende müssen wir dafür bezahlen. Obwohl es nur 2 RM pro Tag kostet, verstehe ich immer noch nicht, warum. Außerdem, als ich bei ihnen Mondkuchen kaufen wollte, da gerade Mondkuchenfestival ist, ich gerade vor etwa 2 Minuten ausgecheckt habe und zum Restaurant rübergegangen bin, um etwas zu kaufen, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich keinen Anspruch mehr auf die 15 % Gastrabatt habe … weil ich ausgecheckt habe … Ich dachte nur, WAS?!!!!

I’m a happy client!! First of all, I’m so impressed, they setup a chat group to assist their client, easy and fast communication. And then I love that everything was there prepared for my stay. The tv, kitchen, fridge, shampoo, bodywash, iron and ironboard, you guys are so very thoughtful. The best part, it’s just 3 minutes walk to the monorail which is just one station away from KL Sentral, what more would I ask! And the view, yes, I can see TRX tower, and KLCC from here. Definitely is my favourite place to stay, thank you guys!

Sehr gut eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail und sehr gutem Service, Parkgebühr allerdings nicht smart und Gebühr für LateCheckOut ärgerlich. Frühstück ist sehr schlecht organisiert und Kaffee zu bekommen ein Riesenproblem. Lage ist sehr gut, um Chinatown zu begehen. Sehr schöne Anlage im kolonialen Stil, mit sehr gutem Ausblick auf den Garten, fast wie im Dschungel. Insgesamt bis auf das Frühstück empfehlenswert.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen Supermarkt, ein Starbucks und eine gemütliche Bar. Es eignet sich sehr gut für Geschäftsreisen und zwangloses Zusammensitzen mit Kunden. Vorteile: Keine Adapter notwendig, grundsätzlich kann alles direkt angeschlossen werden Das Frühstück war großartig und das Restaurant war riesig M3 verfügt über eine Massage und eine Bar. Fassbier kostet 12 MYR pro Tasse ohne Servicegebühr, was nicht schlecht ist. Nachteile, der Toilettenraum ist klein und das Kissen ist etwas hoch
