Was unfairly charged 100myr for very mild food stains on the bedsheet. Tried to dispute it with the staff but they insisted that it would be changed as per “their MD’s new orders” Charged without trying to wash the sheets or anything. Checkin was ok, got a high floor. Lifts are slightly slow and may require 2-3mins of waiting. Room was overall comfortable and clean. Only 1 saucepan is provided in the svc apt along with basic cutlery. Built in washer/dryer was quite noisy and not user intuitive. Otherwise apart from the unfair charge would have given 4 stars.

Excellent accommodation, spacious and confortable room, extremely clean and tidy. This is a new building with nice facilities and in a great location, plenty of food options within 5 mins walking distance in a very safe neighbourhood, or simply order delivery to your doorstep. All in room amenities and appliances 100% working. Fast and reliable wifi access is provided, and good tv with netflix and smart apps available. Easy and speedy check-in and check-out. Very responsive host and very friendly and accommodating staff. Kudos for Ali for making this another great stay! 100% recommended and I will definitely will come back.

Das Zimmer ist sehr neu. Der Vermieter ist enthusiastisch und geduldig. Das Zimmer ist komplett mit Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch ist es, da sich im Erdgeschoss ein Einkaufszentrum befindet. Es war sehr schön, fünf Tage hier zu bleiben! Ich werde beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Der Ort liegt neben 2 Einkaufszentren mit vielen Restaurants und Supermärkten. Es liegt in einem Atas-Viertel und man fühlt sich ziemlich sicher. Der Concierge ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen. Die Aufzüge sind sehr schnell und es gibt keine Stauprobleme. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt

Had a one night stay with my family at Dorsett on may 2025. In terms of service, i would like to give a credit to Encik Agil at the reception. Very thorough and thoughtful, easy to discuss with and patient with us. Room : beautiful executive suite with comfortable bed, pillow and sofa. Bathroom is exquisite. Pool: my kids enjoyed the swimming pool..clean and well maintained. Gym is okay, my husband said it is well equipped for short stay. Kids room need to loan the toys from counter, otherwise the room alone is nice, clean. My kids enjoy running. Breakfast spread is adequate (expected from a 4 star hotel) and delicious but the pastries bit cold, wish to have freshly baked pastries. Checkout was fast. Parking at valet for rm20 only. Lobby is beautiful but bit small. I had a wonderful overall stay..thank you again especially to Agil from the counter.

Love the cleanliness and location. Staff is very friendly as well. Best part of it, it’s super affordable for the spacious room!! Highly recommend :)

Very friendly and helpful front desk. Not easy to find as the building is behind the main road. Easy access to shopping mall by a sky bridge. Wifi signal is a bit weak and unreliable. Couldn’t do any work in room.

Need improve on cleaness and do repair on some damages furniture. It quite danger for kids.

I and my boy like hear is Private. When come down can see many children can Play with him.So we are happy. Thanks
