Conveniently located near the Central Station for buses and trains, accessibility was never an issue. The staff at the hotel were consistently helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or needs. es gibt bei den Dorm-Betten leider kein Leselicht, oder Vorhaenge, hat mich pers gestoert, da ich es aus anderen Sammelunterkuenften gewohnt war. Desweiteren war die Kuechenzeile sehr sehr basic ausgestattet und Heisswasser stand auch nicht immer zur Verfuegung. Das Rooftop ist ansich eine tolle Moeglichkeit um Ruhe zufinden, doch leider ist es sehr dreckig und teilweise mizt kaputten Moebeln ausgestattet.

Meinen Besuch in airbnb, wenn ich im in kl. Ich liebe die Atmosphäre, die Reinigung und diese Dienstleistungen während des Aufenthalts. Die Mitarbeiter waren so hilfreich, uns hier zu halten und wunderbare Erfahrung zu fühlen.

Das Hotel ist neu und gut gelegen und bietet tolle Einrichtungen, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht haben. Pool, Business-Bereich und Fitnessraum waren allesamt ausgezeichnet und sehr gepflegt. Das Zimmer bot eine wunderschöne Aussicht, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereicherte. Einziger Minuspunkt war der Aufzug – er war recht langsam, was mitunter etwas ärgerlich war. Zudem öffnete das Personal bei der Zimmerinspektion am Tag vor der Abreise den Schrank und überprüfte die Kissen, was ich als unangemessen und übergriffig empfand. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, und ich würde gerne wiederkommen. Ich hoffe jedoch, dass das Hotel diese Mängel behebt.

Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen! Die Lage des Hotels ist äußerst praktisch, mit Restaurants, Supermärkten und Einkaufszentren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man kommt bequem mit dem Taxi oder zu Fuß überall hin, was das Hotel sowohl für Urlaubs- als auch für Geschäftsreisen ideal macht. Der Check-in verlief schnell und effizient. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, sodass die Kommunikation reibungslos verlief. Sie waren geduldig und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen und Problemen, was sehr aufmerksam war. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, ohne unangenehme Gerüche. Das Bett war bequem und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, ohne beengt zu wirken. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und die Warmwasserversorgung war konstant, sodass das Duschen sehr angenehm war. Auch das WLAN war schnell und perfekt zum Arbeiten oder Videos schauen. Das Hotel legt großen Wert auf Hygiene. Die Zimmer werden täglich gründlich gereinigt, Handtücher gewechselt und Toilettenartikel aufgefüllt. Die Liebe zum Detail ist hervorragend und sorgt für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl an chinesischen und westlichen Speisen mit frischen Zutaten und wird schnell aufgefüllt – für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Das Ambiente ist sauber und komfortabel, der perfekte Start in den Tag. Mein Aufenthalt hat meine Erwartungen hinsichtlich Service, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage voll und ganz erfüllt und bot ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sollte ich wieder einmal die Gelegenheit haben, werde ich dieses Hotel definitiv wieder buchen und es meinen Freunden und Kollegen empfehlen.
