Wir haben uns für Micasa entschieden, weil es in der Nähe von S’pore High Comm ist. Hatten dort ein Apartment. So nah. Man muss nur die Überführung vor dem Hotel überqueren, um zur gegenüberliegenden Straße zu gelangen. Das Hotel ist alt, aber das Zimmer ist sauber, geräumig und die Angestellten sind gut ausgebildet und bieten guten Service. Bequeme Kissen und Betten. Hatten ein Eckzimmer im 6. Stock. Sehr ruhig. Kein Verkehrslärm. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Sind auch zum KLCC gelaufen. Ca. 3 km einfache Strecke. Abends nicht so schlimm, aber tagsüber kann es richtig heiß sein.

An older 4* hotelv with numerous top features. No cafe. Only 1 ethnic restaurant. No shops. No shopping of any items. Only Commercial shops and buildings around. Needed grab to go out and return.

Had a pleasant stay! Pricey yes but worth it. All are good except for pillows a bit smelly.above all still a must repeat hotel to stay next visit to KL!

The room is good. Other facilities are also satisfactory. Only the the road to enter the location is quite sheltered.

The hotel is old but very clean. The ambience is suitable for staycation. The room is big and clean. The bathroom also big and clean. Complete kitchen set. The location just nerby KLCC and Pavilion.

We stayed here for 9 nights, but I won't ever go back due to rude front desk staff. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Well equipped fitness center. Beautiful pool near several spots for tanning. Location isn't great and requires around 10 minutes of walking to nearest metro. Front desk staff members and manager or supervisor was rude. Woman at the front in hijab was very rude to my wife. Another front desk person in a black suit who looked like the manager was also very dismissive and refused to help when I needed coins for the laundry. The doormen and housekeeping were very friendly.

Generally positive experience. The hotel is located in a quite street 20 minute's by foot from Surya KLCC and Petronas tower. The hotel has a huge rooms that are great for families. The pool is small but clean and cool. The breakfast was good, some asian and western options were presented. What i didnt like is there are no shops like 7/11 or KK in the area. You have to go 15 minutes to reach the closest. The staff were polite but nothing special. You have to pay deposit 100 ringgit upon arrival. Overall good experience. Recommended.

The gym, though compact, had all the essential equipment for a good workout. Verdict: MiCasa All Suite Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone seeking spacious, comfortable accommodations with top-notch service. I would highly recommend it for both short and extended stays.

The room is big and clean. The staffs are so friendly. The breakfast is good. We enjoy the stay at this Hotel.

my second time here and i will repeat again..the staff are very helpful and friendly...the room is very big and comfy..my children love the pool..

Room is spacious and great location. Perfect for my small family. The only thing is the blanket having bit yellow stain in which they did change. Overall is good. Thanks
