The location is very close to the playground, shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants. MRT is nearby, Very suitable and convenient. In terms of the hotel, the customer service staff is very friendly. The design of the room is not very ideal for hotel accommodation. Especially the toilet door and the washing area are too close to each other so that they cannot be used at the same time. Once the door is opened, it will disturb the other washing. There is no air conditioning in the corridor and elevator, which is a bit stuffy. The bed is very comfortable, and it is suitable for children. It is not suitable for three people to choose a single bed, which is too small. The swimming pool is very clean and beautiful, and the children also like it.

Baby cot provided. Bathroom door stuck cannot fully open. Toilet bowl cover broken. Attach to shopping mall, very conviniece.

The location is good which is nearby emo Cheras mall. Overall is nice just the toilet have some odour, probably from the drain. Amenities is quite nice, it would be perfect if there is worker or lifeguard at pool area!

It was a brief yet pleasant stay. Comfy mattress, clean & well maintaned room. The place and ambience are very clean and contemporary - young and relaxed feel - with good WiFi connectivity. Hotel staffs were exeptional, from front desk also housekeeping. I will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!

Nice hotel. New hotel so all furniture is still new but i think the size of the room and the price are just not worth it. The room is small. The bathroom is so small. Breakfast is just nice. But it's okay for solo travelers.

The check-in process was seamless, with staff members who were not only professional but also genuinely warm and welcoming. The accommodation at the hotel exceeded all my expectations. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated with modern yet cozy furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the view from my balcony was simply breathtaking. Every detail, from the high-quality linens to the thoughtful amenities, made it clear that guest comfort is a top priority here.

tranquil is the word i would describe this hotel when i stayed there for 2 nights. the rooms are new and cozy and when i wss there, it has free minibar items in the room and I was also able to get late check out at 2pm. the location is strategic, linked to ekocheras mall and you will have no problem to get your dining experience, entertainment and other necessities. the staff are also friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. room fir improvement: perhaps to open its cafe for all day dining instead for just breakfast.

I always love the location of this hotel, is attached to a mall and also surrounded with a lot of shops nearby. Besides, I also love the cleanliness of the hotel room. However, I guess they should improve the coolness of the air conditioning.

Friendly and helpful front desk, fully equipped room with nice city views, inside a shopping mall which accessible to LRT service.

Really appreciate for late check out! Clean and comfort, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, towel all provided. Not noisy.

Overall it is good and convenient. Easy and fast check in. The mall and food is ready for you to explore

The size of the room was fine and the reception was welcoming. But the bathroom has some uncleaned stains and there were mosquitoes in the room which is very very annoying.
