Das Zimmer ist ein Trennraum mit schlechter Schalldämmung; die Klimaanlage ist sehr schlecht, grundsätzlich keine Kühlung, und in der nächsten Nacht war es zu heiß; das Schwimmbad auf dem Dach ist nicht temperiert und daher sehr klein Ich kann überhaupt nicht schwimmen. Ich bin so sauer! ! !

Great location in the centre. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay . I will definitely rebook this place next time.

Convenient place and provided toothbrush with toothpaste but the shower room was smelly and block from drainage when taking shower. All the towels are dirty

The hotel is good looking and modern. But that’s it. It seems a little pretentious, since the amenities in the room are not that good quality. Also be careful when you book because they might not care too much if you need a double room or twin room. I asked for a double bed (that’s what I booked) but they gave me a twin bedroom. I won’t come back here and I would recommend to choose other hotels in the city that might be a better option for the price. Breakfast was just ok. Nothing outstanding

My favourite hotel in Madrid as it is considered a pleasant location to stay a distance away from the top bustling Gran Via and Callao area. Just a stop away from Callao, it is directly above Opera station. Nearby area a lot of nice restaurants and convenient stores. Chinese can find local China food nearby at Saint Domingo. I would love to return this hotel to stay. Nice!

Location is good, room is clean and stylish.

地點非常好，就在地鐵旁邊，廣場上還有計程車招呼站。房間很新，備品全，還有膠囊咖啡，有送瓶裝水，還送巧克力。 床有點太軟，淋浴間是透明的沒有遮掩，如果不是可以坦誠相見的旅伴，可能會超級尷尬！還有照片非常誤導，以為有露台，其實是沒有的！

酒店機器設備聲音很大。住在旁邊會有牆體共振。換了兩間房後才解決。並且還要加錢。體驗不好。

隔音不太好，晚上一直能聽到外面走路，關門，説話的聲音…… 淋浴間沒有簾子，稍微有點兒尷尬😅水還會滲出來

設施衞生環境服務都很好
