My first time in Malaysia. This was my first time traveling alone while not being able to speak English! Malaysian people are very kind. I lost my passport and while I was very worried, the hotel staff and a couple guests helped me. They were very kind and I appreciated it. I received it at the airport as a lost and found item and was able to return home safely. I would definitely go back to Malaysia. This hotel is beautiful. Thank you to all the kind people who helped me!

Location is very good.Price at these area is also cheap. But the parking is not enough for customers, need to pay for ther private parking. The soundproofing is badly.

Very friendly staff, liked the room, especially the shower and toilet, very clean plumbing and absolutely in perfect condition. It's all good. The only negative thing I noticed was the loud air conditioner, I didn't notice any other disadvantages. on the 1st floor, you can conveniently wait for a taxi or your own accommodation. I would like to mention the very caring staff of this hotel.

Not bad, simple average stay. Good for just sleeping, wash ups and for friends or family trips.

Location is super nice. Walking distance to Lrt n Lalaport. Cleanliness should be improve. Service also nice.

Usually, I pick hotels by their reviews and price range and I am a thrifty traveller. This, (Feb 2024) is the second time I have been at the Ceria. I found the front desk staff to be absolutely fabulous and friendly with good English, etc. The problem is, the less expensive rooms in the smaller building, don't have an elevator to them so the stairs are the "method".....But they have just updated and have an elevator in the second, updated building so my knees are much happier. It is right behind Times Square Mall and easy walking distance to Jalan Alor Food Street. Great location I will use the term that it is a great little Hotel and not outrageously priced.

No strairs in here so...my leg is broken when i cek in and want to save my koper in the room...no window here...so far aways to go anywhere...cant walk...i never back here to stay in hotel

The pillows are not comfy, other than that all is perfect 👍🏼👌🏼

situated between two malls, berjaya times square and lalaport..alot of eatery around..lively neighboorhood... beside club..so expect to hear bass beat till morning 🤣
