The hotel rooms are very huge and spacious the stuff communication is good they do their best to give good service. However the carpets have a smell and the bathroom towels are very disappointing. They smell so bad . There’s no tea or snack bar area the hotel is over crowded with slow slow elevators. The pool leaves up to its expectation . I wouldn’t rebook

The room is clean and comfortable. Location is good to walk for side seeing around twin towers. Near supermarket.

It’s near to mrt. Gym with sufficient number of equipment and it’s clean. Only that the check in, though it’s under Face Suit. U will need to go to the correct tower and it’s at one corner for check in. Not a big issue as it’s okay to ask around. We booked 2 bedroom hotel stay and it’s awesome. We love the space , amenities ( with a water dispenser for hot and ambient water is very important ) . Going back to the hotel after touring around is not an issue too. Good location to many big shopping malls. Will book this hotel when we come again soon. Thks

Only a glimpse of klcc view from the unit. You still can view klcc from.the pool. The house is very spacious.

Room was very big and stunning. Exceeded expectations. Reception and pool area was quite chaotic though.

Great location which is close to a metro and shops. Staff are super friendly. Pool has great views but is too crowded with people taking pictures at night.

The hotel are nice to stay . The swimming pool of hotel is really nice . But the customer service I want to give 2 stars .

The instructions of check in is not provided before check in. Upon reaching notice there are 2 building and no idea which is the one. End up contact with trip.com as there is no local number to check with. Very disappointing, as wasting for long to get in touch to the right counter to check in. Room is big, but need to look into the cleanness as the tiles is sticky. Even in the washroom.is slippery One more thing, pls ensure you bring the cash as the RM200.00 deposit only accept cash, no.others payment mode. The good part is, there is water dispenser in the room.

房間很大，雙床房的兩張床很大1.5米，晚上泳池拍照真心覺對出片，太讚了 check in 有中國小哥哥和印度小哥哥，入住很順利，大廳有非常多的客人，這家酒店真的很網紅 每間房都配有中文管家，微信掃描加管家，有問題可以直接聯繫

房間很大，入住時人超級多，大堂裏堆滿了寄存行李，估計全是衝著無邊泳池來的，行李提前送到房間，點贊，泳池確實不錯，到周邊網紅景點都不遠，設施麼就和酒店式公寓一樣，所有的缺點都被無邊泳池給蓋掉了，不適合常住，有點嘈雜

地理位置就在市中心，步行去雙子塔大概十分鐘左右。房間是很大的，裏面有飲水機，冰箱，水槽，還有電熱板能做飯，是公寓式的。但是房間通風感覺不太好。這個樓是很多公寓公司在裏面經營的，不同的房間要去對應的前台check in，櫃枱都在一個打聽路，但是真的挺混亂的，排隊排了很久結果排錯了地方，浪費不少時間（當地人工作效率很慢）51樓的泳池晚上人很多，夜景還是不錯的
