Heating wasn’t working properly. The front desk tried fix it but didn’t work so they upgraded me to a different room. The original bathroom has a strong 渠味. Check in is supposed to be done though getting the PIN code via SMS but didn’t work with me until I had to call them twice. No front desk reception either but they are available on WhatsApp.

Its prime location in Kraków's historic Old Town facilitated easy access to iconic landmarks, bustling markets, and authentic dining experiences, which made for a very comfortable stay.

Nice property, excellent location, value for money. Clear communication: They even let me check in a little early. Would definitely come back if I'm in Krakow Location is just next to the square, you won't need any public transportation..

Stayed for short break, Central location, metres from Main Square comfortable and clean would recommend, good location and near tram stop. Coffee shops, bars and restaurants close but along with convenience stores for water and essentials.

Lovely little hotel, right in the heart of the city in Grodzka. Despite being in the centre it is so lovely and quiet in the hotel. Easy access into hotel. Staff were great when we called up for more coffee and sugar. Room was lovely. Small, but had all you needed. Nice hot water, powerful shower

Upon our arrival the instructions given were easy to understand and clear. The apartment was perfectly cleaned and conditioned with everything needed for a nice stay. It's also perfectly located within the city of Kraków, near tram stations and grocery stores.

Close to the old town which is very good for tourist. The accomodation is very clean and easy to locate accomodation. It is closed to the centre of krawcow and there are many bars and clubs close. It is an excellent spot to drink . Krakow is great. Vodka is the best for everyone

Good experience, the locate couldn't be better And the room has enough space to a couple You can see all the main actrative places of the city walking. The check-in is very easy to do and it's very close to public transport. I totally recommend

Great little room in the centre of old town, perfect for getting to everywhere as quick as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Krakow for a cheap getaway, and still getting the comfort for when you stay in the room. Thank you.
