5/5 location Great location very close to the Wawel castle, river, restaurants and shops. 5/5 breakfast if you have book b/b This is not based at the apartments but a cafe a 10 minute walk. Excellent selection of breakfast options to choose from. 3/5 apartment Arrived at 10.30pm the main door was unlocked , no light in the hallway, no information on what to do so we were a little lost as we were not informed of anything of what to do once you arrive, luckly some other guests turned up to let us know what to do. You need to WhatsApp them and they inform you of your apartment number and lock box code. The apartment didn't look like the photos very dated but the bathroom was very modern. The bed was too big for the room so the door didn't close, no wardrobe or drawers in the bedroom, no mirror in the bedroom, the duvet was too small for the bed and came with 2 small pillows. It just didnt feel premium as it sates. On a positive the kitchen was well equipped but didn't use anything other than cups and glasses. The front of the building looks lovely but the back is very run down. I think there is work going on but this should be noted on the description that some rooms have not been updated. For the time spent in the property it was ok but just not premium. Parking If you have a hire car you can park on the street from 8pm to 10am for free but we used the 24 hour car park at the bottom of the road 100zl for 24 hours.

The apartments are located right next to the center of the old town. It is a great base. Close to the market square and not far from Kazimierz, you can walk there. The apartment was clean, the bathroom too. There is an equipped kitchenette. The tenement house is nice. Reception helpful. I recommend!

Appartment was very clean and beautiful with all necessary ammenities. However the flooring makes allot of noise when walking. Midnight you could clearly hear other people walking in their room/appartment. The self service check-in was great. If you arrive early they provide you with entry to store your bags untill it's time to check-in. The communication was also very clear and straight forward. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice little apartment, everything was in good condition. A little smaller than we thought it would be based on the pictures (the room we were in is not featured), so for any more than two people I can imagine it would have been a squeeze! It had pretty much everything we needed, and was in a great location to walk to the main square. There were some real issues with noise - high ceilings and wooden floors make for a very echoey building, and we were woken up early every morning by some very noisy children in other apartments, furniture being moved, and anyone who walked down the corridor! Some nice touches with the big fan, tea and coffee provided, etc, but a few things could have been added - two pillows on each side of the double bed would be much better! TV remotes were a little dodgy, there was no space to hang any clothes (though there was lots of storage in drawers) and the fridge was strangely noisy.

Check in and communication with reception was flawless. However it was a very basic room. The mattress was quite flimsy and the bed protector made a rustling noise when you moved. A few slight changes to the room would have made a difference in our experience: a full length mirror, soap bar or shampoo, a hand towel in the bathroom (or at least a hook to hang our bathtowels so we can wipe our hands on them), a guide to use the TV (we were only able to access one Polish channel during our stay), a mattress where you dont feel the spring coils. Overall, the receptionists were excellent and I thank them for being so helpful and friendly, but the room was quite disappointing.

This was our second time staying in Krakow. We really enjoyed OTR. It was a spacious apartment that had a view of Wawel castle. The instructions given to get in and out were easy to follow. The location was perfect. It was about a 5 minute walk to the main square, and 25 minute walk to the train station. I travelled with my family of 5, (2 adults and 3 kids) everything was clean, neat and tidy. Good value for the price. The only disadvantages were hot water would go in and out. The shower would start , from cold to hot; and maybe 3 mins later turn ice cold. It was very hard to get the kids to shower because of the extreme water changes. Also, there was an odour from the sulphur from the water. Lastly, we had a larger stroller, and there was no lift, we had to carry the stroller up and down everyday, not a huge deal, but just throwing it out there to maybe request ground level if possible. Overall, we would stay here again!
