Why did i book this hotel? Because of its location and it shows 3⭐️⭐️⭐️ I trusted the photos, which is so unlike of me! I always read reviews before booking any room, but i totally forget that. And i proceed to book! Its just 10mins drive from the airport (theres little jam here n there) Alight right in front of the hotel door. 1. Front desk was so-so. Staff wasnt there, i got to press the bell before she come out. 2. She checked my booking and took her less than 10mins to collect RM50 deposit (its for the door card) 3. After giving us 2 cards, she told us to proceed to the next bulding and go to Blok B and go up the lift to Level Five. 4. We walked to the next building to look for the lift. After finally found the lift which looks eerie. We went up to level five. Upon reaching level 5,we need to use the door card to access the 'mirror door' so as to go thru the walkway to our room. 5. Our room was located right at the end of the walkway. Upon opening the door, we we greeted with disappointment! 6. The room, windows,the amenities looks scary in broad daylight. I dont dare to open the toilet door tho. 7. Quickly went down to checkout. Front desk told us that we wont get a refund (which we nv think of) also asked us if we want to chg room. We just decline the offer. Room was superb old. I cant imagine coming back at night in that environment. I dont feel safe at all.
