The hotel is soooo nice! You can see the Chateau de tam dao very close. The room is so nice, clean and comfy. Recommended!

Under expect of 5 stars hotel services, reception cannot speak English, breakfast is not so good, low quality, no variety to choose, some day no buffet without notice. Worst than other 3 star hotel. The only 1 reason for staying here is the view of the Castle ( only mountain view roomtype).

Beautifully designed hotel in a good location with fantastic views. Within the hotel, it advertised two restaurants. One restaurant did not exist. Additionally, the spa facilities advertised were non existent. The four seasons pool was cold. One receptionist (didn’t get her name) was amazing! Would not come back to this hotel, would try the competing hotel opposite.

Everything is good especially the food here. My husband love the view from our room a lot

The building is old but clean. The shower room drainage is poor.

Hotel locates in the centre of the town with nice view to the mountain and the castle. Swimming pool is also a good poitn: warm water with open area for air flow

It was quite comfortable and nice hotel to take a rest. I have a good momentum and such a good memory in Tam Dao. I want to visit here once again. Thank you every staff.

เป็นโรงแรมที่ตกแต่งสวยมาก และวิวดีมากเช่นกัน มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย โรงแรมจะเก่าแก่หน่อยเพราะเปิดเป็น โรงแรมแรกๆในเมือง ตามด๋าว
