Insgesamt ist die Lage gut, aber es gibt keine Toilettenartikel, Sie müssen also Ihre eigenen mitbringen; in der Lobby gibt es Kaffee und Brot und das Hotel verfügt über einen Swimmingpool. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich eine Restaurant- und Barstraße.

Away from the hustle of central Chaweng, so is a good spot to be based for quiet times and used as a base to explore the island. Beachfront pool villas are nice, large and great views of the ocean. Private pool is a bonus and well worth the upgrade. Hotel was busy when I stayed and everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves. The pool isn’t the largest but plentiful for the amount of rooms. Don’t forget, there are the villas with private pools, so a fair number of guests will be in their own area. Access to the beach is not directly in front of the hotel, but that’s a good thing otherwise I would be hearing everyone in front of my villa each day. Access is the side of the resort just past the restaurant. Along this stretch of beach has a few other hotel bars and restaurants to eat and drink in and if you head to the furtherest headland point, and head inland, you will come across a handful of bars and restaurants. As many people have said, the hotel is next to a road - but like most hotels in Samui, it’s just the design of the island. You can avoid the main road for your walk to the local area by going along the stretch of beach. And when you are on the island, why wouldn’t you want to walk along the beach?! So don’t listen to those comments about nothing nearby. If you want the hustle of the nightlife, Chaweng central is 15 minutes away. Get on the shuttle or order a taxi for 300thb. It’s a 4 star hotel, trying to get back to some kind of normal after covid and over time, I am sure the owners will reinvest their money to make improvements where some other guests have commented about in other posts but I do think it is dependent on the room type you book and/or are assigned as most of them are fine. Give it a go, it is worth it. I’ve been to many hotels over the years - more than the average Joe - and it’s only recently where I’ve checked in and out of two hotels on the same day in all these years.

Das Hotel ist wie viele nicht mehr eine neue Thai-Troika : ein wenig geschraubtes Innenraum, eine mittelschwere Reinigung (Schwarze Balkontür, Dusche); eher knapp und einheitliches Frühstück (die nicht sehr typisch ist); Probleme mit heißem Wasser (es ist nur warm, es war nur ein paar Mal heiß). 90% der Gäste sind Touristen aus Russland. Darüber hinaus sind die geräumigen Zimmer, keine Deposition, freundliches Personal, günstige Lage (im Zentrum in einem schnellen Schritt von 15-20), ein warmes Pool mit sauberem Wasser. Das Problem mit Strandhandtüchern, nach vorherigen Bewertungen, entschieden: jetzt genügend Zahl und sie sind neu (auf den Etiketten ist das Datum der Ausstellung 01.20). Baik vermietet in der Nähe des Hotels, hinterlässt eine Einlage von 100 Dollar. Kein Problem mit der Rückkehr. Wenn Sie in Chavenge schwimmen, empfehle ich, nicht durch das nahe gelegene Hotel, sondern durch den Haupteingang (aus dem Hotel und links 300 Meter) zum Strand zu gehen. Aber am Strand (im Februar) gab es greifbare Wellen und ein wenig ins Meer getrieben. Deshalb, mit Kindern, ich denke, es ist besser, einen anderen Bereich zu betrachten. Auch, wenn Sie nicht wollen, ein Fahrrad zu mieten, zwischen den Stränden sind fahren Songeo (wie ich realisiert habe, vor Sonnenuntergang als öffentlicher Verkehr, nach Sonnenuntergang als Taxi), einmal ging zum Strand von Boput, gab für zwei 140 Dollar.

As mentioned before , this is in the busy part of town but not so crazy where we were up all night with noise as the hotel is set back from the main road and we were in building 4 which is next to the beach. The hotel rooms are small but well appointed . Staff very helpful and laundry service very efficient. The cost of transfer from airport which is 15 mins away was 400 THB which we used and they charged back to the room , which was great meant i didn't need to use cash. This hotel is really just a base , you need to find places to go for dinner and drinks out as it just doesn't have that vibe, although the big banana shaped loungers on the deck overlooking the sea in the evening was a nice place for a beer before we headed out.

Ich habe 8 Nächte in 3 Hotels auf Koh Samui übernachtet. Ich denke, dieses Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es gibt viele Lebensmittel vor der Tür und es ist sehr praktisch zum Einkaufen. Der Poolraum ist für Kinder sehr praktisch, um zum Pool oder zum Strand zu gehen. Wenn Sie nicht auf der Suche nach einem luxuriösen und erstklassigen Hotelerlebnis sind. Das ist die beste Wahl und auch der chinesische Service ist besonders gut. Wenn meine Freunde dorthin gehen, werde ich dieses Hotel empfehlen.

We stayed here for 6 nights. in January 2023. Staff were friendly, respectful, accommodating & wanted to make our stay wonderful. Special thanks to a lady who ensured our room was really special and cleaned. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and an old man was there, paying attention to all the guests. The hotel in ideally located right on a road opposite of Chaweng Noi beach that is very quiet and amazing place to suntan and relax. A seven eleven is near by the Hotel just 10 min walk. it is 100 Baht to take into the town center by tuk tuk. We rent a motorbike from the hotel which was brand new and we did not need to pay for a taxi anymore. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of foods & overlooks a nice pool with lovely setting. I would definitely come back here & would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you Chaweng Noi Pool Villa for an amazing holiday.

Beautiful hotel, pool and beach. Spacious room and balcony. (Choose 305 or 308) lovely view of the huge pool and garden. Exhilarating private beach to walk on. Lovely staff. So relaxing. 5* we were so happy there we didn’t leave hotel to even look around Samui (we’d been doing a lot of traveling and this was an oasis of calm)

Overall, Lanna Hotel is a nice place for long-term stays, especially considering the great deals they offer for monthly rates. It is situated in a quiet residential area, although there may not be many attractions or amenities in the immediate vicinity. However, it is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive away from Fisherman's Village or Chaweng, where there are more options for dining and entertainment. The rooms at Lanna Hotel provide good Wi-Fi connectivity and boast beautiful decor. The common areas are well-maintained, and the staff, especially the reception staff, are very nice and helpful. They assisted us a lot when we lost our credit card, and they were accommodating to our every request. However, during our month-long stay, we noticed a few drawbacks that we would like to point out in the hopes that they will consider them and make improvements. Smoking: Smoking is allowed in every corner of the hotel, which can be especially annoying when sitting in the restaurant and trying to eat while being exposed to smoke. When we asked the waitress to request that people not smoke in the restaurant, they refused to interfere. We suggest creating a designated smoking area that is far away from common areas. Restaurant: Prices - The restaurant prices are significantly high. A simple Pad Thai dish costs three to four times more than in a regular thai restaurant, and they add service charges and taxes. Every meal cost us about 800 bhat for 2. Dishes - The Mediterranean dishes at the restaurant are not good. Coming from a Mediterranean country, we can say that the taste of these dishes is not authentic. We tried a few times and gave up. Plastic - Please consider reducing the use of plastic straws. Guests can request a straw if needed, and it would be beneficial to use paper straws. It would contribute positively to the environment. Impractical design - The restaurant and gym at Lanna Hotel have beautifully designed glass ceilings, which are impractical in sunny and hot Thailand. It becomes uncomfortably hot to fully enjoy the restaurant or gym. Please consider finding a way to cover the ceiling. Additionally, having a restaurant without air conditioning in Thailand can be challenging. Internet: The internet quality in the common areas is not good. It was difficult to work outside the room due to the heat, and the Wi-Fi that was often faulty. Since there are many digital nomads staying here and fewer children, we suggest converting the kids' room into a co-working space with air conditioning and fiber Wi-Fi. Activities: We expected Lanna Hotel to offer more activities for long-term residents or digital nomads. However, they only provide early morning yoga sessions. Therefore, we feel that there is not much added value for digital nomads staying here. Other than these few drawbacks, Lanna Hotel is a charming place with modern conveniences. We reccomend to stay here if the price is compatible, as there are other, more well located hote

Das Resort liegt in U-Form hinterhalb des Seen-Beachlubs - mittig direkt am südl. Chaweng! Es verfügt über einen Pool, sowie Zimmer mit Meerblick! Die großzügigen Zimmer sind hervorragend stylish, minimalistisch ausgestattet - ebenso architektonisch im Designerstil! Sehr geschmackvoll in leichten Farben dekoriert, beeindruckende Innenausstattung - mit allem, was in einem Hotel dieser gehobenen Klasse vorhanden sein muß! Sehr saubere Zimmer und das gesamte Gebäude! Allerdings sehe ich dieses Hotel nicht für Familien geeignet, da man tagsüber die Musik des dazugehörigen Beachclubs hört und sich die Öffnungszeiten auch bis nach Mitternacht hinziehen. Insgesamt äußerst empfehlenswert, wenn man auf weißen, modernen Stil bedacht ist!

Das neuere Holiday Inn liegt am Rande der Laufzone von Fishermans VIllage - schräg gegenüber des Coco Tams Beachclubs! Zum Strand muß man eine kleine Straße überqueren. Derzeit ist dort für Hotelgäste nur ein kleiner Sandbereich erhöht aufgeschüttet und mit Liegen ausgestattet. Nach einem Gespräch des GM´s möchte man aber in naher Zukunft einen direkten Wegzugang vom Liegenbereich zum Strand/Meer erbauen - was ich ebenso für sehr sinnvoll halte! Das Resort hat eine runde, stylische Rezeption und Empfangshalle - alles hier erinnert sehr an die Wohnung von der Komikfigur ”Fred Feuerstein”:))) Alles hell, weiß, niveauvoll dekoriert! Die Zimmerkategorien sind für jede Gast- und Famililenkonstellation vorhanden - so daß es sowohl normale Doppelzimmer - aber auch Familienzimmer mit extra Schlafraum (Doppelstockbetten im ”Auto-Stil”, Flatscreen) und offener Badewanne mit zwei Bädern gibt! Die großen Aufzüge sind hier ebenso gut bedacht, da die Famlien mit Kinderwagen genügend Platz haben. Der Kidsbereich - sowohl Indoor- als auch Outdoor - ist hervorragend ausgestattet - von Rutsche über Schaukel und Cable Ride ist alles dabei. Ebenso verfügt das Hotel über einen Splash-Bereich für Kinder - sowie einer großen Poolanlage im vorderen Bereich zum Strand hin. Das Staff ist teilweise schon bekannt - wer öfters in verschiedenen Hotels auf der Insel residiert. Einige haben bei der Hoteleröffnung hierher gewechselt und man fühlt sich sofort wie in einer Familie, wenn man den einen oder anderen Mitarbeiter bereits aus anderen Anlagen kennt! Die Lage ist auch für Familien optimal - auf der Standseite nach rechts ist man fußläufig mitten in der Infrastruktur von Fishermans Village. Hier stehen die mehrmals wöchentlichen Walkingstreets zur Verfügung, Geschäfte, sehr gute Restaurants, Bars, Kneipen etc. Auch der Weg zu großen Supermärkten - wie Big C, Lotus - an der Chaweng-Ringroad ist nicht sonderlich weit! Insgesamt eine tolle, neue Anlage - mit geschmackvollem Design und wunderschönen, nagelneuen Zimmern!!
