We arrived at the HotSpring Beach Resort at the end of June '23, just a week after a new General Manager had started his new role - something we found out because he was actively meeting and greeting guests and will obviously be a great asset to the resort. He is overseeing a huge number of renovations and upgrades due for completion by the end of 2023 - and so any older reviews that speak of the resort needing some attention will now likely be redundant as the place is undergoing a major - and impressive - facelift. We were thrilled by our spacious room, the fantastic hot spring pools and the excellent contrast of the icy 'chill' pool (a rarity in Thailand, where refreshingly cold water to dip in is not so common). The staff were friendly and courteous throughout, and the grounds all the way to the beach are quite wonderful. Of course, in any transformation there is always something that still needs tweaking. Our two recommendations to the resort would be to enhance the taste and the number of vegetarian options of breakfast, which was generally a little on the bland side (though we ate two a la carte dinners at the resort restaurant which were outsanding and quite delicious). The other recommendation is to keep the beach free of the relentless flow of plastic and other garbage which the sea washes up. Although this is so common everywhere, and certainly not the fault of the resort, the beach gets a daily deposit of bottles and other plastics, and it would be great to see some efforts being made to collect and tidy the beach area as it's not huge, and this would certainly be an hour well-spent. Overall, highly recommended for a stay here - it's a unique place with such relaxing waters and the sense you're in the middle of a tropical forest with secret thermal springs just waiting to be discovered. If you're there in low season of June/Jule like us, then you won't see too many other people around and you can enjoy a lot of peace and quiet. Definitely worth a visit!

On an earlier trip we noticed this area was strangely undeveloped compared to Phuket Island. You will find yourself on a pretty deserted and relatively clean beach. Water was great, warm and calm, although on the third day some sort of stinging sea lice came in. There are some interesting-looking bungalows next door that are supposedly part of the resort, but are not featured on the website, which makes me wonder how savvy the marketing team is. Management says they were fully occupied, but we saw no evidence of it. We had the duplex suite, supposedly the only room we could reserve (although the resort seemed maybe 50% full). That suite was too large and the light switches could only be controlled from upstairs. Didn't see anyone using the plunge pools in the units with private pools...and the massive main pool was far from crowded. The fancy resort just south of Natai had only one couple staying there which would have given me the creeps unless I were trying to escape paparazzi. Everything was clean. Happy hour half-price drinks were a joke; I don't think there was any alcohol in them. Demographics during my visit, maybe 35% Russian, 30% German, some French. No other Americans. The Russians tend not to want to engage with anyone. We had a car, so we could leave the resort and explore. Might not be so fun without one because the property is solated. Excursions arranged by the hotel were pricey. I would probably drive into Phang Nga and try to negotiate something myself.

В доступности три магазина 7/11, прачечная, заправка, рынок местной еды, Lotus- повторюсь, на байке всё на расстоянии 1-2 минут, пешком будет трудно. В номере две бутылки водички, холодильника и чайника нет, можно попросить горячей воды/кофе на ресепшене, wi-fi в наличии ю. Нас всё устроило

Ein sehr willkommener und laichte Rückankunft. Personal super freundlich und aufmerksam , während unseres Aufenthalts. Zimmer war nur schön und charmantes Kühlschrank mit Musik-Piping bei Ankunft .Leicht geräumige und großartige moderne Badezimmer mit einem massiven Tube. Das Fernsehen und die Musik waren alle ein Schritt zu weit , sie schld versuchen und es einfacher machen. Nice Pool neben. Atmosphäre im Zimmer ist zurückgelegt und sofort gefeiert, was ein gutes Gefühl ist.. Verstecktes Gem für Musikliebhaber, da Musik fast 24 Stunden am Pool und Bar/Restaurant-Bereich ist. Gute Redner und System. Strand ist auf Ihrem Türsteg und wunderschön mit keinem Körper auf sie , gehen Sie Figur ! . Pool ist schön und eine gute Länge für einige Übung. Der Fitnessraum hat nicht versucht. Es ist ein kalter Teil der Welt, also wenn man eine Barszene und Aktion sucht, ist das nicht der Ort. Außer wenn es Partys geplant hat, dann alle Hölle brechen verloren. Das Essen ist verschieden und über die Küchen hinweg, aber gute Qualität.Aber ich sage, der Service ist eine Tad auf der langsamen Seite. Poolservice ist nicht vorhanden, der verbessert werden kann. Andernfalls lassen Sie sich glücklich , entspannt und entspannt. Was kann man noch mehr fragen ? Kein Zweifel kommt zurück .

An dem Tag, als ich dort war, hat es zufällig geregnet. Als ich aß, lagen Mottenleichen auf dem Boden. Ich war ein bisschen behaart. Thailands Hygiene ist immer gut. Sie sind ein bisschen mangelhaft, aber dieses ist schon sehr gut, das Zimmer ist groß, der Pool ist sehr privat, man kann nackt schwimmen, die Dekoration ist alles solide Holzschnitzereien, geschnitzte Balken und bemalte Gebäude, und die Handwerkskunst ist akribisch! Gehen Sie zum Essen über die Straße und es gibt einen Strand mit Strandschuhen und Strandtaschen. Es gibt Mäuse, Mücken und nachts nichts. Die Toilettenartikel sind sehr gut, enthalten ätherische Öle und riechen sehr gut. Kleine Details, obwohl dieser Laden als Spa bezeichnet wird, gibt es aber niemanden. Vor der Epidemie blieb ich jedes Jahr ein halbes Jahr in Thailand und kam drei Jahre später zurück. Ich fühlte mich anders. Die Thailänder waren nach der dreijährigen Epidemie arm und verrückt. Sie waren den Chinesen gegenüber nicht mehr so enthusiastisch und freundlich . Der Hotelservice muss insgesamt verbessert werden. Es kann sein, dass die Sprache nicht so gut ist. Für Chinesen ist es besser, sich mehr um persönliche Interessen im Ausland zu kümmern. Lernen Sie von Europäern und Amerikanern. Lassen Sie die Leute nicht denken, dass wir es sind reich und wohlhabend. Nichts ist wichtig.

Es ist erstaunlich, in diesem Hostel zu bleiben, seine sehr bequem für Studenten und Einzelreisende seine sehr zum Phuket International Flughafen. Sie können es einfach mit Google-Karten oder Apple-Karten finden. Das Personal ist gut ausgebildet und organisiert und lieben, um Kunden zu helfen.

Wir wählten dieses Hotel um für eine Nacht den Anschlussflug zu überbrücken. Optimal war die Nähe zum Flughafen und dennoch ohne grossen Fluglärm. Schneller Check in, sehr grosse Zimmer, riesige absolut weiche Betten und ein super Pool haben uns am besten gefallen. Sehr gut war auch der kostenlose Transport vom Hotel zum Flughafen bei der Abreise. Alles in allem also empfehlenswert, aber auf keinem Fall im Restaurant essen ! Es war verschwendetes Geld, so fürchterlich das wir es nicht essen konnten. Darum erhielten wir auch die Rechnung zum unterschreiben bevor wir das Essen erhielten.
