Do not stay here. FAR overpriced for what it is. It looks good in the photos, but looks don’t tell the full story. Cold room + no soap, no shampoo, no water, and a shower/toilet combo that left the room all wet. Hospitality was terrible. When I asked about soap, the manager told me that Moroccans use different soap than foreigners, so they didn’t provide soap. Really?! Then he said we should have requested soap. They have a restaurant, but basically nothing was available on the menu. We settled on the chicken skewers….. which arrived dried out and chewy. For $35, this place is fine. Anything more — not worth it. Disappointing. Especially with the front desk manager who seemed to be ready with every evasive answer or lie in the book.

A beautiful property, friendly service, incredible views, large clean rooms make Dar Zayane a must when visiting Khenifra. We had the most relaxing stay and cannot wait to return. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making us feel so welcome.

I m spending two days right now in a family in this guest house.. The staff is very helpfull.they are giving a special attention to my nephew 9years old ADHD..rooms are clean,with a nice view on the mountain.a living rooms in reception in traditionnal style.a swiming pool offering a wonderful vew.no words to describe our satisfaction.a lot of teraces to reach some privacy moment for lunch or breakfast.. Food is very tasty..girls in reception are organising activities. Sportif ones. trecks.. I m thankfull to all staff. Nadia. Meryam. Saida. Ilham. Hamza nd ilyass....

Nous avons passé une nuit (3 couples) dans ce joli hôtel. Nous y avons bien dîné. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Un mauvais point pour les serviettes de bain vraiment usées jusqu’à la corde. Bon petit déjeuner. Ce qui m’a fâchée c’est que trois personnes ont demandé une seconde tasse de café et qu’au départ le serveur nous a couru après pour nous réclamer 60 dirham pour régler les dits cafés. Il me semble que deux cafés pour un petit déjeuner ce n’est pas excessif. Je précise que le prix du dîner le soir était parmi les plus onéreux de notre voyage. Alors trois cafés offerts auraient été sympathique

Bon hôtel sans plus , chambre propre située côté montagne, très jolie vue mais pas de pression dans la salle de bain, impossible de se doucher. Pourtant le site est top. Mais c'est assez mal distribué comme superficie et surfaces. Petit déjeuner complet.

Ci hanno sbalottato di qua e di là in 2 giorni. Solo perché arrivava un cliente abituale. VERGOGNA. Avevo espressamente richiesto camera xon il terrazzo. Ci hanno mandato in un bungalow pessimo in mezzo al bosco. Cambiando 2 volte il PREZZO.
