Located opposite Katowice Zaleze station, this is a nice, family run hotel offers excellent ambience and personalised service. Had a great stay over 5 nights. However, accessibility could be an issue with differently abled travellers and if you have heavy bags as the hotel steps are stiff and do not have any lift provision. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. But may become uncomfortable during the summer as No air-conditioning either. However, the overall personalised service, terrific food and beverages and overall ambience are great attractions for this budget hotel outside Katowice.

If you are visiting Katowice, this is the place to stay! Excellent room; an always-friendly and helpful front desk staff; an excellent breakfast; the super Kaktusy restaurant within the hotel; and reasonable pricing!! And it's very centrally located, close to the bars/clubs/restaurants district and near the city centre and main railways station. I cannot recommend this hotel too highly.

Schönes Hotel am Rande des Stadtzentrums von Katowice. Sehr sauber, ruhig und gut vorgestellt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auch gut Englisch sprechen. Der Eincheck war schnell, dauerte buchstäblich 60 Sekunden, um die Türschlüssel zu erhalten. Wir haben das Frühstück nicht genutzt, da wir beide Tage vor dem Frühstücksservice aus dem Hotel waren. Das Hotel ist leicht zu finden, indem Sie eine Fahrt von der Stadt bis zur Katowice Graniczna Fahrtstopp, durch Lidl gehen und es ist auf der linken Seite.

Il Park Hotel ha un bel parcheggio a disposizione (a pagamento pero') ed un altrettanto ottima colazione (sbilanciata sul salato e da pagare a parte) Ho provato anche il ristorante, piatti della cucina Polacca, ma devo dire, preparati con cura, il prezzo e' un po' piu' caro rispetto ai ristorantini dell'area pedonale. La camera e' abbastanza spaziosa, con bagno cieco; letto di dimensioni abbondanti, il pavimento datato con moquette d'epoca. Alla TV un solo canale in Italiano RAI1 ed una strana sovrabbondanza di canali in Tedesco ! L'hotel non e' lontano dal centro pedonale, ma neanche vicino, per andarci serve prendere la macchina. Personale gentile e con buona padronanza dell'inglese, nessun problema di comunicazione. Korzystam z hotelu kilka razy do roku. Przyjemne pokoje, prysznic, telewizor. Dobra opcja na przystanek w podróży czy nocleg przed wyjazdem na lotnisko. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung war dies eine der günstigeren Optionen in Katowice und bei weitem das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren dort für eine Nacht. Das Hotel wurde kürzlich renoviert und sieht innen viel besser aus als auf den Bildern, die ab Mai 2019 nicht mehr aktuell sind. Es liegt günstig neben der Autobahn A4 und bietet zahlreiche kostenlose Parkplätze und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war modern, makellos sauber und alle Geräte waren neu, mit einem bequemen Bett und einer oberen Regendusche. Für längere Aufenthalte könnte es einen Schreibtisch benutzen. Das Frühstück war gut mit genügend Abwechslung, hochwertigem Essen und leckerem Brot. Soweit ich mich erinnere, nicht zu viele Gemüseoptionen. Das einzige Manko war der Service. Am Freitagabend gab es nur eine Rezeptionistin, die sehr hilfsbereit war, aber kein Englisch sprach. Wenn Sie kurz nach einer Bustour ankommen, kann das Einchecken eine Weile dauern.

This is very long over due so apologies. I stayed in this hotel early may in the first week. I was getting married to a polish girl and I had family flying into the country and all staying at the hotel. The first to arrive was my godfather who during his stay had to visit the local hospital a few times. He said the hotel reception was lovely and they organised a taxi for him and to be picked up once he was finished. On his first night we went to the restaurant and we both had the farmera burger. We both had this burger and loved it, I highly recommend for any guest to try it. Two days later the rest of my family arrived where they were all in a very timely manner were checked in and shown to their rooms, the only issue they had wit their rooms were the key cards stopped working for some and had to get them set u again, no one minded. The night before the wedding all of my family and friends ate in the restaurant which again 80% of them got the farmera burger from my recommendation. shortly after our meal we all started to drink, now We are all Irish so we drank a lot. It was about midnight and the bar in the restaurant was closing so the receptionist offered us to use the lobby and we were able to bring booze from the nearby shop, and she even gave us shot glasses to which of course we did use and we drank a lot. we got rowdy, bit messy but we cleaned up after ourselves. Nothing bad was said by the receptionist they honesty never minded but smiled at us quite often. Wedding day itself! the wedding was not in the hotel but away. on the morning I had to be ready at 12:00 as the photographers were coming. I rang reception and asked was it possible for someone to clean the room before they arrived. 20 mins later the room was clean. Once all pictures were done we were off. A few days later when guests were checking out they all could not get over the hotel and found everything was well organised. so here is a brief overview... The room (209) - clean, modern, mini fridge in the room with snacks but i never used the snacks i did buy my own. aircon was good if u left it running for a while but did the job. the window viewed a main dual carriage way but honestly it never bothered me and slept fine. Beds were very comfy and extremely soft. Location- I chose this hotel for a few reasons as I have stayed in Bedzin loads of times and know the area. It has a 24hr kfc, McDonald's, petrol station all a 2 minute walk from hotel, a huge shopping centre (M1) which has everything you may want or need. Overview - I love this hotel and am travelling to Poland again in January but my wife has decided to stay in a cheaper option for our stay. We will be back again in July and will be 100% staying here again.

Jedes mal buchen wir ein Zimmer in dem Hotel, wenn wir Gliwice besuchen. Das Hotel hat viele Vorteile, vor allem legt direkt im Zentrum. Mann kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal ist kompetent, das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und das Zimmer ist komfortabel. Das Hotel bittet das alles, was man sich auf einer kurze Reise wünscht.

Fantastisches Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind groß nach europäischen Standards. Die Möbel geben den Eindruck, neu und modern zu sein. Dies ist, weil das Hotel nur fünf Jahre alt ist. In einem Badezimmer eine komplette Sache von Kosmetik. Aber nicht in kleinen Rohrleitungen von 20 ml, wenn das Gel ausläuft. Überall ist sauber und es scheint, dass die höchsten Hygienestandards eingehalten werden. Ein paar Schritte zum Hauptplatz, im Gegensatz zum historischen Schloss, viele Geschäfte und schnelle Lebensmittel rund um. Ein 24-hour Gemüsegeschäft mit einer riesigen Auswahl an der Tankstelle BP, nur 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Hotel liegt am Fluss, wo es Wander- und Entspannungsbereiche gibt. Es ist bekannt, dass die Atmosphäre und Qualität von Menschen geschaffen werden. Ich war von einer Dame aus der Rezeption sehr herzlich willkommen. Sie war sehr freundlich, bietet alle Arten von Hilfe und alles schien sehr professionell, obwohl ich nach Mitternacht angemeldet. Ich hatte zuvor ein paar E-Mails mit Martyna, dem Vorstandsleiter, ausgetauscht, der alle meine Bedenken hinsichtlich des sehr späten Eincheckens gelöst und ein Zimmer ausgewählt, mit dem ich zufrieden war. Außerdem wurde mir eine Beratung darüber gegeben, was während meines Aufenthalts zu besuchen. Ich habe das süße Geschenk und den Willkommensbrief geschätzt. Die Zimmer kosten nicht viel pro Nacht, für so wenig Geld ist eine wirklich hohe Qualität angeboten. Ich war auf vier Kontinenten in Hiltons, aber dieser Hampton ist viel besser als viele Hiltons, die die Flagge des Unternehmens ist.
