Geh nach Wien, wenn du eine Nacht bleibst, da ist ein großer Supermarkt daneben, wenn du eine Nacht bleiben willst, wenn du bequemer wohnen willst, das Gegenteil ist NOVOTEL, ich wusste es bis zu meiner Ankunft nicht das Hotel!

Lovely hotel located on the edge of the city centre of Katowice. Very clean, quiet and well presented. The staff are very friendly and also speak good English. Check-in was swift, taking literally 60 second to get the door keys. We didn't take advantage of breakfast as we were out of the hotel both days before breakfast service started. The hotel is easily found by taking a tram from the city to Katowice Graniczna tram stop, walk past Lidl and it's on the left.

출장와서 거의 이곳에 묵는데 가격이 광장히 싸고 조식도 나쁘지 않습니다. 시내와 접근성도 굉장히 좋아서 저렴하게 묵기 좋습니다

全部都很好，環境乾淨，間房不會太細，附近有條街有好多嘢食，同埋職員英文好流利，喺我哋問交通方便既問題都好nice咁答。

Günstiges Hotel gerade rechtzeitig für 1-2 Nächte in Katowice. Das Phänomen von Ibis Budget Hotels ist natürlich, dass die Badezimmer in den Raum integriertes ist. Nur das WC ist ein separater Raum. Also eher würde ich sagen, dass es ein Einzelzimmer als ein Doppelzimmer ist.

I arrived hotel early morning, i had breakfast first & an hour later, the girl on reception offer me the room! It was so helpful. And she gave me information whereto go -her favorite places -in Katowice. I really appreciate for her! Thanks again!

The rooms are small and very spartan, but they are clean. Although the toilet in my room smelled of smoke, I guess people use the toilets to have a cigarette... The bed is just a thin mattress on wooden board, it's enough to get some sleep, but not very comfortable. Location is okay, you can get there relatively quickly from the train station, even on foot. The breakfast is pretty good, and the staff was friendly.

Excellent staff. Desk clerks were very helpful during my week. Crude beds, just a slab of foam. Desk just a small shelf. No drawers or other clothing storage except some hangers. Small TV with few channels. No grab bar in shower for elderly customer. Breakfast good enough but monotonous. This is a good place for overnight but not so good for my week. For my early Monday morning departure the night clerk was again very helpful.

Good buget hotel although space on furniture no draws wardrobes got upgraded to a family with a couple of standing frames and some coat hangers good room service decent continental breakfast novotel 20yds outside with usual facilities a sister hotel lidl about 500 Mt's down road for wine beer food etc buses into Katowice every 2 mins

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the attentive staff. The room itself was clean and modest. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it the perfect home base for exploring the city. With easy access to nearby city center, shopping, and dining options. The gentleman or the reception desk asked me how my stay was and was very polite. Definitely a place to return for short stays.

Shocking hotel don’t stay here. The staff are rude and the old security guard at night (merik) thinks he is a bouncer who likes to push guest around. Will never stay again and advise anybody not to use this hotel. The police attended and was advised by them to email Accor to take action. Sent email and awaiting response….

Ibis Budget Katowice Centrum or as i would call them ibkc in a great place if u want to stay a week or 9 nine days at max. It’s close to the Novotel restaurant and Mariacka. Mariacka is a street full of restaurants, pubs and a discotheque. I stayed here for 14 days and could easy go to the pkp or railwaystation, galeria katowice, chorzów for the second biggest inside of a city green lung of Europ Park Sląśki. Either can you easy get to spodek (english for Saucer but rather looks like an ufo or somekind. So if u are coming here for a week to max 9 days you’ll have the time of your life i guarentee u that
