Great location, view, view from the restaurant, imagine in summer you can see blue sky! I was just missing a kettle and tea/ coffees from the room like I usually have in hotels but asked for and received a kettle. Good spa, thank you

Ich war von Sa bis So im Hotel. Leider fand auf der gleichen Etage wie mein Zimmer eine Hochzeit statt. Es war so laut, dass ich nicht schlafen konnte. Bf ist wirklich schwach. Reklamation wurde nicht akzeptiert. Ich empfehle es nicht unbedingt! Es gibt bessere 3* Hotels

the hotel was fine but the survice is bad because i came with my colleague to the hotel,he was the one who did the registration to the hotel and told them to charge his company. they whanted on the check in a visa card and told me all the time that its just a normal procedure and i have nothing to worry about and they wont charge me. but at the check out that i didnt did, my colleague did the check out withot me. his !!!!!visa didnt passed and he told them to charge my visa they did it without me being there and without my approval!!!! they did what he told them without asking him to call me to approve the charge on the visa, the visa that is mine and i wasent there to know that they charching me and after they told me not to worry and they will not charge the visa!!!!!!!!! its a very bed handling especially that in the bigining they told me they wont charge my visa. and also its wrong management of situation like this, its very wrong to charge someones visa without talking to this person first. they charged my visa on base of another person who told them to charge my visa that is not his visa and i wasent there in person to aprrove it!!!!!!!

Very pleasant stay. Breakfast was amazing. A lot of bits to choose from. We had to pay for the parking, also it is not guaranteed. The coconut drink in the room fridge was awful. I had to get myself Coconaut from Zabka. Service was very good. The pool, spa area and massage top noch. Very recommended.

Very kind and helpful staff, dark curtains so we could sleep very well, big room and so much space for our rabbit to run and explore, wonderful fitness center and swimming pool with saunas and our car was parked right in front of the hotel

The beds were comfortable , billows were nice make me have wonderful deep sleep. Breakfast amazing with many options meets most of people and kids taste. Staff very nice and helpful. Walking distance to the mall and train station.

Great hotel in katowice. Locasion is sentral, near marked and a lot of restaurants. The room was big,clean and nice. Breakfast was marveluss, one of the best hotel breakfast I ever had. Great service from recepsion and the cleaners.

Impressive hotel. Beautiful brilliantly kept interiors, heated floor in the bathroom, nice cosmetics, bathrobe and slippers available. Check-out time 1 PM which is very convenient. Excellent service. Very good breakfast.

This is truly a wonderful hotel, located in the best area in Katowice. The room was spectacular, cleanness was to perfection. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and the breakfast was amazing Will definitely come again

Excellent service, beautiful, spacious rooms, clean and warm pool, excellent restaurant and professional and very friendly and accommodating staff. We ate dinner at the Cristallino restaurant. The food quality and presentation was fabulous. A very good breakfast, plenty of choices. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and will likely return to this property in the future.
