Zhen at the front desk was incredibly helpful. When I checked in, I was tired from a long journey. Zhen greeted me with a big smile, quickly processed my check-in, and even upgraded me to a better room. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I had a great sleep.The hotel's location is convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Also, the breakfast spread was decent.Overall, I'm really impressed. I'll definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Kudos to Zhen and the whole team!I'll be back if I have chance!

What impressed me most was that she took the initiative to help me reserve an airport transfer, ensuring a smooth journey for my early morning flight. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer service made my stay stress-free. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Chongqing, especially because of the excellent service provided by Zhen and the rest of the staff.

The front desk & the hotel provides free shuttle service from hotel to airport are excellent services. It made it very convenient especially when your flight is very early in the morning. The room is spacious & the bed is very comfortable.

room was big and clean, hotel breakfast had a huge variety. service was great, we were served by Fiona, she helped to arrange a airport transfer for us so we were able to get to the hotel asap as we arrived late at night. highly recommend!

Convenient location and good service

Good location as it’s very close to the airport, down side is the heating system kept stuffing up. One side off the building is noisy due to construction work. Hotel interior needs more lighting as it’s very dark at night & not very pleasant to walk around. Need more signs to point people to the right direction for self laundry service as it’s inside the Gym area with no signs. Service is excellent.

This new Novotel is not part of Accor group yet. Stayed there twice now. Location is just within the airport and service is excellent.

A clean and nice hotel for a short 1 night stay near the airport. The hotel offers complimentary pick up from the airport to the hotel. You can either call them (or call them at WeChat) look out for their car with the name Novotel printed on the car and the will take you to the hotel. PS: I manage to get the WeChat ID before landing hence I called them directly on WeChat using the airport WiFi. Their WeChat ID is *******************

Room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Checking in with Receptionist 小杰 was easy and straightforward. Gym facilities were also clean. Thank you Novotel :)
