Palladium Hotel

Mein Partner und ich haben gerade unseren 10-tägigen Urlaub hier auf Chalkidiki beendet und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Das Personal ist großartig, besonders der Barmann Florian und die Bardame, die unermüdlich dafür sorgten, dass immer alles für die Gäste bereit war. Der Kellner Vasilis war stets aufmerksam und freundlich und sehr herzlich. Das Hotel war sauber und das Essen war großartig und der Koch war sehr nett und leidenschaftlich bei der Zubereitung seines Essens. Ganz in der Nähe eines Strandes, allerdings ist der Zugang zum Strand aufgrund der Stufen ziemlich gefährlich. Seien Sie also vorsichtig, wenn Sie kleine Kinder haben oder eingeschränkte Mobilität haben. Der Strand ist wunderschön und man hat das Gefühl, eine andere Insel zu betreten. (Stellen Sie nur sicher, dass Sie nicht durch das 5-Sterne-Hotel gehen, da Sie sonst beschimpft werden, wenn Sie mit einer Wasserflasche durchgehen.) Sehr entspannte Gegend mit wenig Nachtleben, aber das Hotel macht das auf jeden Fall wett, es ist also ein tolles Familienhotel. Unterhaltung am Abend wurde zwar angekündigt, fand aber nicht statt, was aber auch an der Jahreszeit liegen könnte. Der einzige Nachteil, den wir an diesem Hotel hatten, war, dass uns beim Auschecken mitgeteilt wurde, dass unser All-Inclusive-Angebot aufgebraucht sei, obwohl wir 10 Tage bezahlt hatten. Ich weiß, dass einige Hotels dies tun, aber ich habe für den 10. Tag bezahlt und musste trotzdem 4 Stunden warten, bis wir zum Flughafen gebracht wurden (ich musste 26 € für 2 Schüsseln Chips bezahlen). Ein Ausflug, den Sie unbedingt besuchen sollten, ist die Kreuzfahrt durch die Blaue Lagune. Viele der anderen Ausflüge waren jedoch Stunden entfernt. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Essen ist für den Preis durchaus zufriedenstellend. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, es ist ein friedlicher und ruhiger Ort, ideal für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen. Der Pool ist sauber und ordentlich und die Barpreise sind für ein Minihotel wie dieses völlig in Ordnung. Ich empfehle es gerne weiter

I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel, we arrived on the first night to be given a very disappointing room which looked absolutely nothing like any room’s advertised. When we asked if we could pay to upgrade our room, the receptionist was very rude and said we couldn’t do this as it was my own fault for not booking the most expensive room. Restaurant and bar staff were very lovely and helpful but reception staff were very rude. Food is the same everyday and not enough options for any of the 3 meals. There was no entertainment/ water sport as advertised so hotel was very boring. I am most disappointed with how we were treated on our final day, our flight was not until 9pm and check out of the hotel was 11am, we asked if we could have a later check out but were told 12 was the latest which is ok I understand they would have had other bookings. But they took our all inclusive wrist bands off us at 11am which meant we could no longer eat or drink at the hotel. We arrived late on our first day and was made to leave early on our last day, we paid for a full 7 days and was only given our all inclusive option for 5! I will not be returning to this hotel.

My partner and I stayed here 11th September to the 21st. The Hotel is very pleasant , not too keen on the stairs and asked to be moved to the lower floor which the receptionist was very helpful with. We had a lovely view, infact this Hotel had good views all round. The Staff were very pleasant all round. Was not very impressed with the Food as it was repetitive and and luke warm. Eggs were cold and if i see another Frankfurter I'll shoot myself lol. There was only one Coffee Machine and if you wanted Fresh Orange you had to pay for it but none of this ruined our holiday . Booking this Hotel i was looking forward to the entertainment, none, only two Greek performers but it was out of season so think this should be reflected on their description of the Hotel. The Pool area was very impressive and overall it was a good holiday. As pointed out by another traveller the so called Steps to the Supermarket are absolutely dangerous and I think this issue should be addressed promto The Beach was lovely,and the Hotel arranged a shuttle service Mon,Wed,Fri. The service to the town only run on a Friday from 9pm to 11pm, not very useful. Overall a good holiday and i would recommend this Hotel.

Small 3 star hotel for adequate price, not very good food selection, beaches are close, 10 min walk

The hotel was great value! You’re greeted by extremely friendly staff who you build a good relationship with you (as it’s a small family run hotel) . Rooms were spacious with a lot of storage, however slightly dated in decor ( I believe in the process of updating) . Bathroom was extremely modern with excellent water pressure. Pool area with really nice with lots of parasols and also a bar area . Food was great quality however would be nice to see more options, especially at the bar. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!!! It was great fun and full of lots of memories, we will be returning soon!!!!

This hotel is beautiful and has friendly staff. Florian was amazing and helped us travel to different places and he made our experience 10x better. I really enjoyed my time there with my friends and I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Halkidiki.

We returned again to this hotel for a couple of nights. Great service from the staff, the owner and his wife on hand to answer any queries. Many games, table tennis and garden chess available all day long. Ideal for children with attached baby pool and a playground. Great views over Torreneous bay from the rooms , all in all a great.experience.

We had the most amazing stay at the Palladium Hotel. The best service we have ever received in our life, everyone that worked there was so lovely and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. It was in a great location close to all important areas and the breakfast was a beautiful way to start the day. Our room was always spotless and the amenities were excellent. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you Palladium for such a beautiful stay!
