An amazing boutique property overlooking a beautiful lake. I always explore to stay in unique places and this is one of a kind. Very cosy, personal and so serene. The front officers both Danushika and Suranga were so welcoming and they actually upgraded all our 4 rooms. The suites were superb! Thank you for the lovely gestures. Traveling with elderly and kids, we always ensure to have a place that could accommodate our needs and wants at times. My family enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. Both Pradeep and Susantha were very attentive and accommodating. I remember asking for ice-cream for my boys for breakfast and we got it for complimentary. So sweet! These are the small things that will take them a very long way. Jayantha, Buddika and Sanjeewa - they were so helpful. Thanks for all the help rendered throughout our stay! Highly recommended in Kandy! Trust me, a pretty place too! ❤️

Such a beautiful place to stay whilst visiting Kandy. Staff were so attentive and the food, in particular breakfast, was amazing (and immense). Our teenagers made good use of the pool table and we felt very at home with the Morris Minor and red telephone box outside!

we stayed for one night but were greeted in the evening and taken great care of! The hotel rooms were very nice. Added an extra bed for my very child despite there being a double bed! The welcome fruit was delicious as well as the welcome drinks - exceptional. Wonderful view of lake overlooking temple of the sacred tooth. WiFi was average. Breakfast was good but cappuccino costed extra…. Staff were very kind but be warned the pool is very small! Do recomend great stay and nice rooms!

That place is very calm and beautiful one. And also, foods are fresh and tasty, Nise staff all things are good and good surrounding. Its near to all places specially maligawa. I also enjoyed much in my day. Rooms are very nice and clean and good condition. Garden is very beautiful.

Excellent place to dine in and stay with valuable food for Money, we have been there twice for dine and the food was amazing! Also the hotel environment is eye catching! They have designed the place representing kandyan culture also adding modern projects!

Visited this place to have breakfast with my friends while we were in Kandy. From the beginning staff had a long face and treated us rudely. No one was welcoming and didn’t had a smile on their faces. We asked one server whether we could arrange the breakfast outside in the garden area. He said they only arrange garden breakfast for foreigners and not locals. How pathetic. Then i kept saying him why can’t you arrange that for locals? With a long face he turned back and went. There were no other guests at the hotel at that time. But they were not even bothered to give a good service for locals. Do not visit this hotel. Food is terrible and the staff even terrible

Superb, elegant, luxurious hotel on the lake in Kandy, just 15 mins walk round the lake to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth and the city centre. Comfortable, well-equipped, spacious, spotless rooms. Beautiful dining room with a wide range of foods on the menu. Small swimming pool on the roof that was impeccably kept (a staff member rushed out with towels when we went out there). Dylan the manager was very welcoming and we were well looked after. Highly recommended.

Our third stop on our tour of Sri Lanka. Quality hotel with lots of charm and character located by the lake. Excellent views towards the lake and the fruit bats from our balcony. Very comfortable room, lovely breakfast and evening meal. Attentive and helpful staff, Dylan, the manager, was especially friendly and welcoming. Great looking plunge pool but sadly not available to us during our stay because of a water issue in Kandy at that time. A visit to Helga’s Folly nearby is worth the effort!
