Sea Village

2室一廳房型非常好，可以住6個人，房間4個，廳裏有個活動的床。還有兩個衞生間。住起來非常舒適。但沒有空調，一個房間有個空調櫃，但如果要用還要額外付費。洗衣機乾衣機都有，挺新的，使用方便，但睡客廳床的人會聽到機器運轉聲音。廚房設施齊全，適合自己打算做飯的人。酒店開車5分鐘就有該地區的大型超市和商業中心。我們當時是晚上9點到達，前台已經結束上班，但前台門口有專線電話，打電話告知姓氏，就會告訴你房間鑰匙存放的密碼箱密碼，自取鑰匙即可。所有樓棟都沒有電梯，這點比較不方便。另外房間最不好的地方是，對着馬路的窗户不是傳統整扇的窗户，而是玻璃百葉窗，縫隙大，噪音太大了。晚上車少還湊活，早上6點以後車多了，感覺像睡在馬路邊上。睡眠不好的同學要慎重選擇。

After a long journey, they did not know who we were and we were afraid we had no place to stay It took an hour to check in and it was a very stressful start to our vacation. We thought it was a resort-this is not a resort. It is a condo with a pool-that’s it. The price was as if it was a resort. I felt we way overpaid for what we got. Thank goodness we were only there one night. It was clean and we each had a bed. We really enjoyed the cafe nearby but it’s only open in the morning. It had a kitchen and things seemed to work but we really didn’t use it. The showers were weak and some of the blinds did not function. We needed the trade winds to keep the place cool and the blinds didn’t stay up. Our unit was by the road and the traffic woke us at night. The island is very beautiful and it would be a nice clean place that could be affordable for someone who didn’t mind those things-if it was properly priced. You only have to walk 1.5km to a restaurant on the road. We found out there is a free island shuttle that can take you around-they should tell their guests right away when they check in. It was on the ocean and you could see the beautiful sunset from the property but no sand beach.

Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.

Pleasant surprised especially from a property that was built in the 70’s. Very clean and the pool and hot tub was well cared for. Staff was very pleasant which is always nice to have.

Roomy, comfortable, cool, all amenities you can think of, pool, view of ocean, easy to use kitchen, washer/dryer. Our stay was too short.

One of the best time shares we’ve been to in Kona. It’s very laid back, beautifully kept grounds and ocean views from the lanai. There are not planned activities on site so don’t expect organized games - just a beautiful spot for looking at the Pacific. Staff was so friendly & accommodating. The location is great - about a mile from downtown Kona. The pool was clean and spacious as were the units. Lots of grills on the lawn for cooking. Everything was fantastic!

Beautiful resort, clean rooms and gorgeous grounds. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only drawback is there is NO central A/C. It's Hawaii, it's hot and humid. You can rent a portable unit for $10 a day, but it's not really portable. It is in the bedroom and cannot be moved. The unit is loud and it is difficult to sleep with all the noise it makes in the bedroom. If you can withstand that, then enjoy! the place is very nice.

Our favorite resort in the Kona area. We have stayed here quite a few times over the years. We love everything about this resort. It's not too big, it's very clean, the grounds are spectacular and the staff are on top of things. I want to give big credit to the lady who helped us nearly 1 year ago in the VI office. We had some issues (our own fault) and would've had to have moved to 3 different rooms over our 10 day stay. Thanks to her, for spending so much time and effort, we had the luxury of not having to move at all. She did some shuffling around and made this happen. We love it here and will only stay here when in Kona.
