A great ambience for ”healing” and family bonding - serene & therapeutic. Planning to hold our family day here some day. The only setback is the food availablity for dinner - no in-house food outlet is available; we have to drive out through the poorly lit roads.

Das Hotel war sehr gut mit den Villa-Vibes. Zimmer waa geräumig und extrem sauberes Personal war freundlich und freundlich. Die Lage war sehr nah an der Check-point. Denn das heiße Wasser war ein Sekunde unstabil, es war ein Sekunde heiß, dann ein Sekunde ist kalt, im Allgemeinen ein guter Ort, um mit einer Familie zu bleiben.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage gerade von der KSL City Mall und umgeben von vielen guten Speisen. Es gibt auch ein paar Restaurants direkt unten, sehr bequem! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, und alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und freundlich. Es gibt auch eine Himmelsbar mit erstaunlicher Nachtblick. Perfekt für die Liebhaber von Lebensmitteln und einen entspannenden Aufenthalt.

Insgesamt war alles gut. Aber was den Reinigungsservice betrifft, war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, weil wir im Haus schliefen, die Reinigungskräfte öffneten einfach das Haus und gingen hinein, um zu putzen. Wir waren schockiert. Zum Glück war mein Bruder da und bat sie, draußen zu warten. Wir waren schockiert, dass er die Tür öffnen konnte, nicht einmal anklopfen ✊, bevor er hineinging. Nur das, aber ansonsten finden wir alles gut. Ich habe diese Einrichtung auch meiner Freundin für ihren Familienurlaub empfohlen.

All good just that suite room is kinda small in size, but the living room is very spacious and toilet bowl has no leg space because the glass door for shower room is exactly next to the toilet bowl. maybe can make room bigger and reduce the size of living room and definitely leg space at toilet bowl area needs to be enlarged or replanned. The buffet spread was super delicious and variety of spread. Each n every one of the staff at different department was absolutely friendly, helpful and well mannered! Thumbs up to all and the excellent service provided.

The hotel is strategically located between Jalan Trus and Jalan Wong Ah Fook, prime location if you were to visit JBCC and City Square. It is also close to take the bus to Singapore. The hotel room is of decent size, filled with wooden furniture. Too much carpentry, furniture and these designs are outdated and non sustainable imho. Bathroom size is good with good Roca fittings, however, more detailed attentions could be given to the water pressure and floor trap flow speed. The tiles and bathroom furniture again is old design despite the hotel is relatively new (completed in 2017/2018). The bed is huge. The only good part is the complimentary executive lounge served with beer, food and beverages. The wine selection however is one of the worst in 5-star hotels, it would be better to do without the wine and put the money into better food/fruits. The hotel is hardware driven and I felt there are a lot more that can be done apartment cleaning the room and wash the toilet to make it a truly 5-star hotel. Based on my experience, it's at best a 4-star hotel at 5-star price.

Apartment style Hotel. Big clean room to hibernate when fasting. Once breakfast, Pray go out find kueh for raya and eat at bazaar. Morning want eat breakfast before fasting no problem, order grab food or buy night before and heat up using in room microwave. Hotel is near CIQ. But the walk there with bags can be dangerous because of traffic and lobangs on ground. So no choice, grab lo. But if you budget, can walk slowly there in hot sun or now in heavy rain. I whack the ramdhan buffet. The range is not bad, but they don't top up. By 730pm, many dishes especially the sotong, prawn, crab all gone. Teh tarek also never top up. All the best staying here.

The quality of food was excellent, and the dining area was spacious and well-lit. The rooftop bar was another highlight, offering a great place to unwind with a drink while enjoying panoramic views of Johor Bahru. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel features a well-equipped gym, a beautiful rooftop infinity pool, and comfortable lounge areas. The pool was a great place to relax, especially in the evening with the city lights in the background. The business facilities also seemed well-suited for travelers needing workspace. Overall Experience: Holiday Inn JBCC offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great service. Location is convenient. Near city square and CIQ. Hotel room is spacious with view over the causeway. Bed is very comfortable. However there is a pungent smell when you stand near the window. The shower faucet is not working well too. Overall it is still a pleasant experience staying in this hotel.

Clean and spacious. The building is newly built, so everything looks so new. Comfy and convenient place to stay with restaurants/ marts/ even rnf mall nearby. Nice sea view. Units are provided with coffee/bottle waters/netflix/fridge/washing machine etc same as description. Good service from the host ! Very responsive and clear instruction for check in. Highly recommended to all.
