Mein Zimmer war sehr schön , sehr sauber und ruhig.Täglich gab es ein Cookie aufs Zimmer und es gab ein Wasserkocher Kaffe, Tee zum selber zubereiten. Es ist nah an Geschäfte, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, mit Innen und Außen swimmingpool,

Fantastic stay. The staff are brilliant, couldn't do enough for you. Would certainly stay there again in the future. Breakfast and evening meal is really good value. The hotel cleanliness is very good. Used both swimming pools inside and out and very clean. The bar staff were very professional.

Comfortable bed, quiet at night so slept well, spotlessly clean, nothing missed, breakfast and bar food lovely (we didnt try the evening meal but looked good). We had a very handy small fridge in our room. Staff always friendly, polite, helpful and kind, so we felt very comfortable there. Large, free car parking. Walk to St Helier port and seafront and bus station terminal (that goes to everywhere) in 20-25 minutes. Or a bus stop going to the bus station is near the hotel. Spa and pools kept well and clean. Thank you for a lovely trouble free stay Monterey Hotel!

We had a wonderful stay due, in no small part, to the outstanding service provided by the staff. They were friendly, thoughtful, welcoming and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and they all took great pride in their work. The food was excellent- tasty and beautifully presented. The pool was a pleasure to use after a days site-seeing. The decor was traditional and everywhere was clean and well maintained. The bus stopped at the front door so when we didn’t feel like walking we were quickly in the town centre with all its amenities.

Thank you for a great stay at the Monterey for our trip to Jersey. Made very welcome. All the staff was so helpful & friendly. Great breakfast full english or continental fruit, cheeses. meats, toast as much as you could eat.

Lovely hotel in good location. Staff very friendly and efficient. Rooms clean and well maintained. Food very nice and good choices for evening meals. Ground floor rooms have direct access to pool area. Jersey has great bus service at one price, no matter how far you go, (currently £2.35) and bus station within reasonable walking distance. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel well situated. Friendly and polite staff. Our room was a bit dated and needed modernising but it was clean and bed very comfortable. The superior rooms which we did not know about when we booked are far better and worth the extra cost. Lovely outdoor pool and terrace and indoor pool and gym
