Very convenient hotel. 650m from train station. Easy to walk with suitcases. Beds are comfortable, shower is bigger than it looks. We checken in late and used self check in where helped by 2 dinosaur. Was not expecting that! Theres a spa too but it’s not tattoo friendly. Breakfast was ok. This is a really great hotel especially if you’re coming from the airport.

Very unique and comfortable hotel in Rinku and Kansai airport area. First attractive staffs are the Dino. Amenities in room are enough. Pyjamas and some amenities are provided in the lobby for guests to pick up. Another plus point here are the public bath and commom leisure area with tons of comic books, shop and foods, phiten capsule, etc. Room size is good for average in Japan. We stayed in Robohon room and that was fun to play and let Robohon dance lol.
Overall we really like our stay here and maybe back again if visit this area.

I don't recommend this hotel after a long international flight.
It is very convenient, far away from the station. It wasn't very pleasant that a little robotic kept speaking when I wanted to sleep.

self check in is not quite user friendly and take us a long time. The robot in the room is quite annoying and dont know how to turn off.
The sea view is excellent. The restaurant for breakfast also with a seaview. The food served is very good and price affordable.
The hotel has no exit point going to the promenade adjacent.

This hotel is far from the station of rinku town and not sure if it’s safe to walk under the bridge which is the path to go to the hotel from the station at night or early in the morning (for catching an early morning flight the next date)

Great location and easy check-in. The only negative is the breakfast - very limited choice and not tasty at all, unlike usual Japanese fare. Disappointed.

Although the room size is a bit small, the amenities are good. Very easy check-in and actually it’s not quite far away from the metro station.

Location is fairly good, 10mins walk from the station. If I drive next time, it surely my best choice. However, same as previous comments, we cannot checkin ourselves successfully. It is recommended to upgrade the computer system. Hot spring n the dino is the most reason I chose this hotel.
