Very good, location is good, and the room is bigger than what I thought. ***** bath is a plus.

Location is very closed to Rinku Town. They provide shuttles to airport if the frights are in the morning. Lawson is just downstairs. Public bath is also a good experience. Nice view to have breakfast over there

Free shuttle bus connection o Kansai Airport. Just a short walk to the hotel from the train station. Very convenient layover hotel at affordable rate.

Easy check-in and check-out process. Conveniently located within walking distance to Rinku Town Premium Outlet. Room is a little small and have a separated bathroom and toilet. The public bath onsen is really nice and spacious.

Excellent food at top floor, perfect location but bathroom missing place to hold the towel and clothing.

This was a pretty interesting experience to stay at. Though like some others have said, the shower room n toilet separation only seemed to take up unnecessary space n the fact that there isn't a place to hang the towels.... but I was truly happy with the amenities provided n the fact that the bed was the softest out of all the places I've stayed in throughout this 2 week trip in Japan, osaka. Plus it's really neat the airport n the convenient store n drug store are located right outside the hotel. The check in n check out are pretty straightforward n well online based so that's great. The shuttle bus thing gets full quick though so gotta book in advance n gotta email them directly, trip can't help with this even if you're a platinum member. I recommend getting a bigger room if you have big luggages, but overall pretty good for a simple stay for a night or two before or after the flight just to relax.

Perfect location if you fly out from Kansai early morning like me or if u want to visit rinku outlet before flying out.

This hotel is super clean and conveniently placed at exit 5 of the Rinku Town station! Is definitely a good night stay when arriving late. Beds were comfy for a triple room and there is barh tub. Had a water dispensary area to get drinkable water. Will be back!

Nice services, very convenient, newly renovated, nice service, 3 min walking distance to JR. Recommended

The location is a 2 minutes walk from Rinkuko station exit 5, the lobby is well designed, it has a 24 hour Lawson for you to buy some snacks and drinks. The hot spring is awesome, and the breakfast on 21 floor has a nice view. The food is also tasty as well.

Would be over if the room is bigger The room is so small that couldn’t even take a proper photo It is also worth to note that the public bath is very nice though, clean and tidy
