Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr guter Ausstattung.
Die Lage ist etwas seltsam, aber im Allgemeinen ist es so, als wäre man abseits der Touristen und die Straßen sind ganz anders.
Dem Hotelpersonal fehlt es an Hintergrundwissen, aber unsere Erfahrung im Hotel war sehr gut.

Der Service ist natürlich und freundlich. Die Lage ist kein Problem. Das Parken ist etwas mühsam, da es in der Nähe des Hotels verschiedene Einbahnstraßen gibt.

五一去的伊茲密爾，酒店在非常市中心的位置，就是在市中心環島的某個出口。但是其實路不好走，門口很窄。去伊茲密爾的兄弟們要對當地可怕的交通有所預期。這家酒店提供代客停車服務，酒店門口很小，第一次去可以直接停酒店門口讓工作人員幫你停車。這個服務相當貼心，讓我自己想辦法停車我是真的要死了。這個停車服務點個贊。
房間方面，房間不算大，酒店整體比較緊湊。房間的整潔舒適度還是非常ok的，周邊有不少吃的和超市，旁邊還有一個很大的公園。
最後要表揚一下酒店的服務，我掉了一件外套在酒店，外套兜裏還有我的airpod。酒店很快找到了也幫我寄回了國內，非常感謝酒店的服務。

房間很乾凈舒適，早餐也很豐富，離地鐵站很近，大約3分鐘路程，距離海邊大約步行15分鐘。下次還會預訂這家酒店

Staff clearly rude from the beginning. From start to finish we felt contempt towards us from all staff interactions. Man at reception was particularly rude and didn’t apologise when his dog …… who was laying in front of the door tried to bite me . Area around hotel is full of ************ and you feel unsafe. Room was moderately clean but lacked the quality of a 3 star hotel, Nevermind a 4 star . Walls paper thin and we could hear talking all night. Didn’t have time for breakfast as we was catching a early train . Proximity to the train station is the only plus side to this, massively over rated pretend 4 star hotel.

Brilliant and accomodating, the staff were wonderful, especially Alp Coskun who was attentive, kind and went above and beyond to help us with everything. Made a good visit, great and as a result, we had an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

From the moment we checked in for 3 nights, we experienced extremely friendly staff from front desk to each and every person working in the hotel. Location was very convenient, in 5 minutes we reached hotel from the main station. Rooms are very clean and big enough. Breakfast had plenty of variety and caters everyone’s needs, only thing we missed was mercimek soup, I hope they include this in their menu. We had a wonderful and fantastic stay, and definitely I would recommend this hotel and would love to come back here soon, InshaAllah.

The negative points of the hotel were that the air conditioning was very poor and the noise around the hotel was too much. There were too many ************ near the hotel at night. The hotel did not have a special room for storing luggage and usually the luggage was in the lobby The positive points of the hotel were the proximity to the metro station and a 10-minute walk to the beach
