最近半年裡這個酒店住了多次，酒店位於因達亞圖巴市裡，房間很乾凈，打掃的很勤快，早餐品種豐富，附近有多家大超市，購物方便。

A experiência foi complicada por conta da reserva no site da trip. Ao efetuar a reserva o sistema travou e reiniciou sem comunicar se a reserva havia sido concluída. Acabei pagando duas vezes pois em nenhum local consegui resolver o problema. Quanto ao hotel, limpo, boas instalações e estacionamento.

Hotel com boa estrutura e Excel este vista. A gerente da recepção poderia ser mais simpática, mas as demais colaboradoras são excelentes, muito cordiais. . Quarto bom, espaçoso completo e com linda vista, porém os travesseiros são péssimos e não tem reserva no quarto, precisamos solicitar na recepção e a liberação apenas sob disponibilidade, apesar da cama ser excelente, fiquei com uma tremenda dor nas costas por causa dos travesseiros. Sugiro melhorar este item. . Pessoal do restaurante atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom. . Time da limpeza sempre arrumada, lindas e simpáticos quando cruzam com os hóspedes, parabéns. Meu quarto estava impecável todos os dias. . Sala de reunião precisa ter cortina na janela, além de muito clara tem uma visão para piscina, que óbvio, numa reunião de negócios atrapalha, também sugiro a possibilidade da retirada da mesa, em um treinamento sem necessidade de mesa, está só atrapalha.

Pessimo atendimento!!!! Informaçoes desencontradas, ninguem sabe nada. A reserva para 2 quartos proximos, porque estavamos em 5 pessoas, apesar de prometida nao foi atendida. Nos ofereceram um quarto PNE por indisponibilidade de outros porem não foi falado que neste quarto o BWC nao tinha porta (situação muito desconfortavel). O chuveiro de um dos quartos não saia água e nada foi feito e ainda fomos confrontados de que nada tinha de errado. E para fechar com chave de ouro, o armario da televisão caiu inteiro no meu pé e o desprezo do atendimento se manteve. A solução foi dada por uma camareira extremamente gentil que percebeu todo descaso pelo qual estávamos passando e conseguiu um quarto novo para resolver nosso problema com prontidão. Péssimo atendimento por parte dos atendentes e tambem da gerência. Ficamos 5 dias reféns desse péssimo atendimento
