Great hotel in a great location- only downfall is there’s no breakfast included in the price. We stayed here for 10 nights - hotel is very clean staff is very nice - we had a great experience overall.

I paid for deluxe room with balcony but was given standard room. The lady at the counter couldnt help so she asked me to see the manager in the morning. The manager was not helpful at all. He said all the rooms with balcony are unavailable. So I am not sure why they charged me extra for the rooms that were not available? I was promised I will get some money back (the difference between bigger room and the standard room). Been almost a week but nothing yet. Also, there was horrible smell upon entering into hotel. Might that their exaust fans were not working or they simply turns them off to save some electricity. The gentleman at reception (doing night shifts) was very helpful. Hotel Is in very nice location but they could do better with customer service.

ห้องพักคือเล็กมาก กางกระเป๋าเดินทางแล้วแทบจะเดินไม่ได้ ที่สำคัญไม่มีน้ำดื่มให้สักขวดเดียว กาน้ำร้อนที่ควรมี ที่เป็นของพื้นฐานที่ทุกโรงแรมต้องมี แต่ที่นี่ไม่มี !! ใจร้ายมาก กาน้ำร้อนตรง lobby ก็โครตสกปรก เราซื้อน้ำเพื่อจะต้มน้ำร้อนเพราะอากาศหนาว แต่ก็ไม่ได้ต้มเพราะกาน้ำร้อนสกปรกเกินไป ไม่คิดจะไปพักอีกครั้ง ใครอยากจะพักที่นี่ แนะนำไปที่อื่นเถอะ ราคานี้ได้ที่อื่นห้องดีกว่านี้เยอะ ⭐️ is enough !!

雙床，每個床有點窄，不到一米寬。 酒店，特別是清潔人員很熱情。 空調獨特，舒適，喜歡。

I loved everything about this place. i traveled with my family by car and it was crucial to a place with free parking space. This hotel gave us everything we needed. free parking, clean rooms, cozy environment and friendly service. not to mention this hotel was next to tram, so it was so easy to get to tourist spots in less than 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend it.

My experience here was very present . All the staff was very pleasant and hospitable. The room is very clean with a simple design the bed is comfortable and soft . Cleaning staff was changeing the bedsheets and the towels every day .

Hello. I stayed at the hotel Eresin hotel Express from July 23 to August 5 2023 year and I can only express praise for the hotel. The staff is hospitable, professional and kind, and they go out of their way to help you. We were accommodated in a double room with toilet, air conditioning, TV. I can say that the rooms are not big but enough for a short stay. Hygiene is in the first place, as in the room where we stayed but also everywhere in the hotel. The hotel has a private car park. It is close to all major sights in Istanbul and is only a tram ride (T1) away. Also, in the area where the hotel is located, there are enough restaurants for food such as kebab shops, McDonald's, Burger King, ovens, etc. Of course, there are parks for walking around and an exchange office for changing money. Clean rooms, good service and good price. We travelled from Sweden, Malmo to Istanbul. Outside the hotel, there are both buses and a streetcar, which helped us a lot. Their entrance is always locked and only authorized people enter, which is also nice to know.

Aden Hello, every aspect of stay exceeded our expectations, location, the rooms are very clean, very quiet all the time great staff specially, Miss.Gizen she is very professional. Kind, helpful. we appreciate it. it needs less heat around the lobby.

The best place for family and adults, best around the price and felling good, bes view from topkapi and modern rooms, the staffs is amazing. And not noisy inside and outside the hotel, Thats so happy with me, and i like to the services. Thanks.

really its a best hotel im in hotel ersen expres but really best hotel and nice room and nice serves all days cleans a rooms for best clenar - nice place for a tram yan metro for vistor and very safety area for stay

The location of the hotel was convenient. It was situated in a decent neighborhood and had easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff members were generally friendly and polite, although their level of efficiency could be improved. Regarding the room, it was clean and adequately sized for my needs. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. Basic amenities such as a TV and a mini-fridge were provided

Staff are very polite ,friendly and helpful. Location, very close to tramway and bus station. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom. But there's no insulation, voices could be heard from adjacent rooms. There isn't any kettle in the room, also water and coffee. Of course there was a hot water machine in the lobby.

I arrived at the hotels mid June, the hotel is located near the tram station and it just couple of meters away. Rooms were very tidy and the staff were very welcoming in general. I’ll definitely stay here next year. Fernando
