Besucht dieses Hotel für das zweite Mal in einer Reihe. - Sie können sehen, dass die Atmosphäre hier völlig verändert ist. Es ist mehr mit dem Profil der Besucher verbunden. - Zimmerreinigung ist nicht das, was es war. Sie wenden die all-inclusive Reinigungsmethode an, die es notwendig macht und weiter geht. - Spa-Management hat sich verändert - die Versorgungsanlagen des Umzugsraums sind auf einem Niveau gesunken. Als wir um 11 Uhr wieder ins Hotel zurückkehrten, sahen wir die Sicherheit eine Begleiterin an den Aufzügen nehmen! Es war so offensichtlich... es ist nicht okay, dass das passiert in einem muslimischen Hotel. Es ist zu schlecht, dass das Serviceniveau sinkt, obwohl es ein exklusiven Hotel sein sollte (Erfahrung).

Klein Hotel. Ideal für Übernachtungen und einfaches Frühstück. Nette Zimmer. Personal und dann insbesondere Vedat an der Rezeption. Ich stand von der Buchung bis ich mit ihm in Kontakt. Ich konnte auch wirklich alles fragen. Er hat mich überall hingewiesen und auch wirklich geholfen, wenn es nötig ist. Was ein Kerl. Super freundlich und ehrlich. Als Hilfe. Sein anderer Kollege ist auch ein nettes Mann. Lage ist ideal. Absolut essen oder trinken im Café/Restaurant vorbei. Das U-Bahn-Station ist max 5 Minuten zu Fuß und Sie sind dann mit 10 Minuten am Pier auch möglicherweise in den europäischen Teil zu übergehen. Preis, Qualität gut. I had a wonderful stay and experience at the Aspera Hotel Altunizade Istanbul. Without a doubt one of my favourite hotels I stayed during my last trip in Istanbul and its all thanks to the best members of staff I’ve ever encountered. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and a manager, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I arrived very early and they made an exception of me to check-in earlier so that I could rest. I really appreciate it. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in, to the cleaning staff were absolutely delightful and eager to help! The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. I want to say a special thank you to the amazing Kübra Gürbüz, she is beyond exceptional. I needed a very specific help with the flight and she went above and beyond to help and was so patient and professional and resolved my issue with great determination and spent tremendous amount of time to achieve it. I am eternally grateful to Kübra. She is an absolute delight, beautiful inside and out, professional, extremely efficient, knowledgeable, observant, fluent in English. Kübra gave me all the tips on places to explore in Istanbul and I enjoyed visiting all those places so much. I can’t praise her enough. What a lovely girl! I want to thank Engin as well for his friendliness, all the help, positivity, encouragement, professionalism and for always being so helpful, approachable and smiley. Wonderful people, feels like a family! They made my stay so enjoyable. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me, a true sample of excellent hospitality! The room was very pleasant, it was cozy, clean and comfortable. Hotel and the room had a fantastic charm. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and every morning there was something new. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. The location is just perfect. The service was exceptional. The hotel staff was beyond exceptional. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Aspera Hotel Altunizade Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone! Thank you again for everything! Weil es eine Freizeittour war, wollte ich nicht zu müde sein. Ich blieb eine Woche und flog ein Ephesus. Das Hotel befindet sich in Yuskudar im asiatischen Raum und ist im Grunde eine lokale Siedlung. Transport: Sehr bequem, vom neuen Flughafen kommend, nehmen Sie zuerst den HAVAS-Flughafenbus nach Kadiköy, 25 Lira, dann den 14-Lira-Bus, 2,6 Lira, zum Bahnhof, 10 Meter bis zum Hotel. 20 Meter rechts vom Ausgang befindet sich die U-Bahn-Linie 5. Sie können zur Skudar-Station fahren und dann in die U-Bahn oder Fähre in die alte europäische Stadt umsteigen. Die 34AS über die Brücke ist in der neuen europäischen Stadt in 2 Minuten zu bequem zu erreichen. Kaufen Sie eine Buskarte in Istanbul, es ist bequem aufzuladen, der nächste Citymapper ist sehr bequem, um die Bus-U-Bahn-Fähre zu nehmen. Leben: 5 Minuten nach links geht ein relativ großes Einkaufszentrum CAPITAL, in dem es einen Supermarkt gibt. Obst und Gemüse sind billiger als inländische und große Kirschen sind voll. Es gibt viele Restaurants, McDonald's KFC, lokale Gerichte sind sehr schrecklich, nicht zu empfehlen. Einrichtungshygiene: Insgesamt ist es relativ neu, der Raum ist nicht groß, der Spatz ist klein und das häusliche Hanting-Niveau ist etwas höher. Nachteile: Die Einrichtungen sind nicht gut, das Waschbecken ist undicht, der Duschgriff ist abgezogen und die Badezimmertür kann nicht geschlossen werden. Der Kellner gab drei Tage hintereinander kein Wasser in Flaschen. Oft wechselte er das Toilettenpapier nicht und vermisste den Teebeutel und den Kaffeebeutel. Die Trinkgeldgebühr kann reduziert werden. Die Zentrale hat keine Möglichkeit zu sagen, dass der Kellner arbeitslos ist. Es ist sehr enttäuschend für die Servicequalität in China. Insgesamt lebenswert, der gleiche Preis ist viel besser als die europäischen Verhältnisse, der Verkehr braucht Zeit, ist aber nicht teuer.

From now on, we will start all our Hotels reviews by mentioning the way the management & Front desk treat their VIPs and Elite Members, due to huge changes in regards to normal procedures, This being said...As Ambassador platinum Elite members, We were not satisfied after visiting the room we were offered, we immediately Changed the premise, furthermore, after stating and explaining our ”unsatisfaction”, the ”greediness” of the management ? or starving for 21 Euros a night ??? They went ahead and processed our card on file, I feel this was cheap from the management of such a renown brand, IHG you should implement your procedures in such low profile premises..Do not recommend at all...
