Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier so geliebt, dass wir sogar von 4 auf 6 Nächte verlängert haben. Die Lage ist einfach nur top. Zentral (Strasse mit Restaurants 1 min. Zu Fuss) trotzdem ruhig gelegen, ausser Selina feiert eine Party aber dann bist du sicher mit dabei ;-) & spätestens um 1 Uhr war dann sowieso Schluss. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt & die Lage direkt am Meer einfacher nur traumhaft (Baden an diesem Strand leider wegen der Strömung nur bedingt erlaubt). Uns hat das gar nicht gestört da der Pool mit den Hängematten & Sitzsäcken dad locker wettmacht. Wir hatten ein Mikrozimmer mit geteiltem Bad & das Bad war eigentlich immer frei und wurde 4 x täglich gereinigt. Mikrozimmer war dank hoher Decken & Fenster nicht beengend Ganz kleines Manko die 2 Kühlschränke bieten einfach zu wenig Platz für so eine grosse Gemeinschaftsküche. Einmalig waren auch die inbegriffenen Yogastunden morgens mit Meersicht! Fürs Frühstück (war bei uns nicht inkl.) gab es eine leckere & gesunde Auswahl, welche wir auch preislich sehr fair fanden. WLAN auf dem ganzen Gelände top!

女人島上最好的位置了，也是島上規模相對大的酒店，前台服務很好，給升級了房型，空間很大正面看海的套房，酒店專屬的沙灘在路對面但也很近，沙質細白，海浪也不大，很適合游泳，體驗很棒！

I just have to say… This hotel far surpassed my expectations! I found such a good price that I was a little hesitant as to what it would be like. However, all I can say is, I was extremely pleased, and will definitely stay here again! The staff is absolutely wonderful… welcoming, friendly and very accommodating! The rooms are large and have a mini fridge and a coffee pot. In the shower there is a shampoo and body wash dispenser. Another nice perk is the free bottled water they supply daily. They also have a hydration station to refill as often as necessary. The location is perfect! Literally a 2 minute walk from the ferry terminal, a 5 minute walk to Playa Centro and 8-10 minute walk to Playa Norte. Directly next-door is a place to rent golf carts if you choose to do so. Keep in mind there is no where to park a golf cart at the hotel. I have read where some guests have complained about the noise, but that was never a problem for us. Yes, you are on a busy street but with the air running in the room, you honestly cannot hear it. Our room even faced the street and it was never an issue. I cannot wait to return to the island and stay here again!

Wenn Sie eine Ziel-Hochzeit haben wollen, empfehle ich Casa de los Suenos auf Isla Mujeres in Mexiko. Meine Frau und ich begannen mit einem Jahr vorzeitig zu planen und koordinierten mit dem Hotelmanager/Chris, der auch der Hochzeitskoordinator ist und Robert seinen Assistenten. Wir wussten nicht, was wir erwarten, als wir dort für die Hochzeit mit 65 Freunden und Familienmitgliedern waren, aber unsere Erwartungen überstiegen 100 Mal. Die Bar-Angebote und das Wartepersonal arbeiteten den ganzen Abend ohne Mühe, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder glücklich und gemütlich war. Von Nahrung bis Blumen bis Kuchen bis zum Sitz und zum Zeitpunkt aller Tagesveranstaltungen, (Es war erstaunlich!) Wir blieben in der Präsidentensuite und hatten die anderen 12 Zimmer auch für 5 Tage gebucht. Das Restaurant/Bar am Strand „Kin Ha“ verfügt über 3 Pools, GREAT Essen und Service, und ermöglicht es Ihnen, in einer selbstgerechten Umgebung mit Ihrer Gruppe zu sein. Wir können nicht genug gute Dinge über Chris sagen. Seine Kenntnisse, Verbindungen und Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details, die für die perfekte Hochzeit für meine Frau und ich gemacht wurden.

Muy cómodo lugar para descansar y a muy buen precio. La habitación es amplia con TV, refrigerador, aire acondicionado. Tiene jacuzzi dentro de cada habitación, lo cual considero muy mal, dado que en la isla hay escasez de agua y un baño en jacuzzi desperdicia cantidades impresionantes de agua. El hotel tiene alberquita, para ir a la playa caminando hay clubs de playa cerca, ya si quieres ir a punta Norte, un taxi te cobra de 100 a 150 pesos. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno, a excepción del señor de la recepción quien siempre te atiende con cara mala. Es recomendable este lugar pues si quieres descansar, esta lejos del bullicio y tráfico del centro de la isla. Relación calidad-precio muy buena.

My experience at Atelier was nothing short of amazing. I visited the resort for my 30th birthday which was also my first solo trip. Every single person I encountered treated me with care and received me with love. I felt so special, literally like a Princess! I would love to come back and visit another time with friends and family. Here are some highlights worth mentioning: - I ate at Alba, Mercado 19, María Dolores, Takeshi, Limon y Sal, Bikini Azul, and La Consentida during my stay and all of them were good! Now for me, some were better than others depending on the type of food you like, but still, every single thing I ate was delicious. No hit or miss, the food was amazing, and at no point did I fall ill from food consumption. - Carmelo was my server at Maria Dolores for my birthday dinner and he and the entire staff treated me like royalty. I was alone at the restaurant for most of my reservation so they were all very attentive to me. The attention to detail in the food and the presentation made this a fine dining experience like no other. Everything was very well thought out and explained beautifully, like a story. Although the food at the restaurant is not included in the price of the resort, it’s very reasonably priced and worth it. - Joshua, Freddy, Adriana, and the pianist at the Azucar Bar & Lounge treated me like family for my entire stay. Every night I would visit them they would be so happy to see me and wanted to celebrate my birthday with me. Joshua is such a talented mixologist, every drink he made was made with love. I attended one of the cocktail classes hosted on Sunday evenings and although I learned some cool drinks, I wish we were able to be more hands-on and actually replicate making the drink instead of just watching him. - On the night of my birthday room service delivered a small plate of cheese and bread along with a champagne bottle, I really enjoyed that surprise! Random things to note that could matter to some people and are worth mentioning: - The walls in the rooms are pretty thin and you can hear everything going on around you, whether in the rooms surrounding yours or outside in the hallway. There’s ambient music playing 24/7 which is nice during the day but I think they should turn it down at night so guests can rest. - The app they suggest using for the resort is a bit glitchy and not fully functional. They encourage you to make dinner reservations using the iPads around the property because you can’t make reservations via the app which I find to be counterintuitive. You’re not able to see the reservations you set up in the app so if you forget what time you booked, you have to find an iPad to double-check. Also, the map of the resort on the app is very hard to use and understand. - I feel like this is a given at any beach resort but if you’re looking to get a cabana by the pool or hut on the beach, I suggest you get there early. Ich habe dieses Hostel sehr genossen! Es hatte eine schöne Atmosphäre und die Leute waren sehr zuvorkommend! Es war auch bunt und ich mochte die Leute und die Gemeinschaftsräume. Das Hostel war cool, aber gleichzeitig lustig!

First time staying at this property. I must say I was surprised how close was to different places. First, at front desk employees were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Employees cleaning the rooms as always working hard and always willing to help. Room was clean and did not have any problems. Close to hotel you can walk to Plaza de las Americas and opposite way go to Costco. Past la Plaza there is a view of lagoon where you can run/ walk and get some exercise early in the morning. At lobby you can talk to a lady about any tours. They have tons of places to go. If you want to go into town, you can get a taxi which is more expensive. If you feel adventurous, you can take a local bus which it would cost 10 pesos vs 300 in taxi. Another way is UBER which I took many times. Overall, a great experience being at this hotel. I walked and run around this property so I learned about restaurants and things to see and do, e-mail me for any questions. Otherwise, enjoy your time in beau Cancún.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, absolut freundliches Personal, megagutes Essen! Wir danken Hector, Rolfi, und alles anderen, die uns schnell und mit Humor bedienten , da bleibt kein Wunsch offen :-) und danke für die Nachhilfe im Spanischen... Ernestina ist schnell freundlich und sie erinnert sich an alle drinks! Sie liefert Getränke am Strand und am Pool. Ich frage mich, wieviel Schritte sie in 8 Stunden schafft! Manko: Dauerbeschallung durch Animateure. Zu Silvester war der Verstärker am Anschlag, der Bass hob uns fast aus dem Bett- auf Nachfrage (Mittlerweile war es 1h morgens) baten wir die 140 DB zu drosseln- leider ohne Erfolg. Sehr mühsam, was die Urlaubsfreude trübt. Im gesamten Areal gibt es zuwenig Liegen bzw. Sonnenschirme ...fast unglaublich für ein Resort, dass sich Luxury nennt. Wir kommen nicht mehr...
