Das ganze Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr auskunftsfreudig und hilfsbereit.
Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück.
Ruhige Lage in der Altstadt und nahe an den Restaurants in der Fußgängerzone.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Wurde 2021 aufwändig und sehr geschmackvoll modern renoviert. Sehr schönes großes Zimmer und sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück im Innenhof war reichlich und lecker. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt im Ioannina zu erkunden. Parken ist innerhalb der Festung mit dem Parkausweis des Hotels kein Problem.

One of the best hotels you can stay. First the hotel is very well located inside the old city. The reception is outstanding all of the girls especially Violeta she was very very professional and pleasant. The rooms are very clean and very comfy with a good amount of noise reduction. The breakfast was ok but ok for startup of the day.

We had a lovely stay at ialna hotel with our baby. The location is perfect. It’s in a quiet street inside the city walls. It’s walking distance from al the things you want to see and close to the restaurants and bars. The hotel it self is in perfect condition and has a beautiful little garden where you can sit and the baby can play. It’s a modern hotel but it kept all the old parts of the building which makes it a stunning place. The staff is kind and help you with everything they can. We had a lovely stay because of all the lovely people working there. They also had everything needed for the baby (cot and chair) and if we needed anything for making a bottle for example it was possible. I would recommend everybody to stay at this place if you visit ioannina. We will definitely be back!

The best of the best, this hotel is excellent, the rooms are immaculate and cleaned every day. King size beds with very comfortable pillows. The owners take great pride in their business and the hotel opened in 2021. A very special location within the castle walls. All the ladies who work there are amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast is fresh with fresh pastries, fruits, yogurt, eggs, omelettes, bacon and great cappuccino, etc. The Owner and Violeta plus Ellie are lovely people and we all felt like we were really welcome there.

From entering the hotel lobby to the day of my departure, 6 days of joy. The warm welcome at reception was emulated throughout my stay by the hotel staff, a special thank you to Amarlia, Violeta, Elle & Vikki. My room (small/double) overlooking the Court Yard exceptionally quiet, historic features of the original building incorporated into its modern design. Shower/toilet suite, bedding, towels all of exceptional quality, instant hot water !! Breakfast selection hot & cold amazing. A very special experience, thank you.

5/5 experience, Violet at the reception made us feel very welcomed, and the castle is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms are very spacious and clean, i truly recommend. We also got some very good coffee from there, very high class. Very very nice hotel.

Ialna hotel was a truly wonderful experience during our random stay there due to one of our family’s member health issues that occurred. The room, atmosphere and stuff of the facility was beyond perfect and eased our hard times more like we were old friends and not just “customers”. I could not thank them and their kindness enough, and not point out that the moments we had resting in their wonderful room was all we kept thinking during the day!
