"I enjoyed the amenities facing room, although guests can be noisy at certain times at dawn. I hope that the hotel can manage this at some point.
I appreciate the room had a ceiling fan, slippers, and personal care kit. There's also a mini store if you find yourself hungry in the middle of the night. Elevator can be slow at times, but not that it's a trouble.
The resto and food delivery aren't available 24/7. Hopefully they'll consider making it 24/7 in the future.

The facility is clean, and our room cleaner in room 9004 is commendable, but the other room was not cleaned, unsure about the standard cleaning procedure (daily or as per request).
Some staff members are courteous, but others are not.
Upon check out, the check-out policy was 1200 due to unavoidable circumstances. We were delayed checking out. I requested a little bit of delay but hotel insisted that we need to vacate the room as the next occupant is ready to check in. Question k lang nong kmi ang mag early check-in is d pwede dahil ndun pa ang ocupant pero nung kmi ang nadelay pramg ang higpit nila at we don't have a choice. Kaya prang unfair man.

"The hotel was good. The experience, not so great. The room was nice and clean when we arrived and it was as expected. It was enough for our family of 4 to spend the night. The view of the balcony was also good.
There were a few problems. First was the wifi, there was no connection during the whole stay. Shower didn't have a door so it the bathroom was just wet everytime someone takes a bath. Breakfast was meh.
The parking situation is a hassle. There were limited slots and you have to stack the cars.
If you were the first to park, other guests will have to block you. If you need to leave, they need to call the owner first so they can move their car. Not good if you want to rest and relax.
Location was great though. A couple of minutes drive to the city center."

"The view from the room is great. They upgraded my room with no extra charges because of room malfunction. The staffs have very nice personalities and easy to communicate with. You could also leave your baggage there even after checking out (no charge) and pick it up any time. Just a bit concerning there are 2-3 little bugs or cockroaches(?) coming in & out of the sink area but other than that I had a great experience with this hotel and it is also along Session Road which is near SM Baguio and restaurants/coffee shops as well."

"Room was clean and spacious. The room I booked has a balcony that had a very nice Mountain view. There was breakfast included and I had that at the balcony of my room with that great view. There was vendor passed by selling Taho too and many went down to get one!
The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Mirador Hill Peace Memorial. I just walked there from the hotel. The sound proof was not great and there was chimes from the lift. So you will hear people talking and steps when they pass the corridor, when the lift arrives every time, when people talk at the balcony or turn on the TV a bit loud.
Anyhow, the bed and blanket were comfy with hot shower. I had quite a comfort stay."

We returned hoping for improvements after our last critical review, but found significant service failures persist. Management must urgently address these issues before our planned January visit.
* Room Welcome: Cookies appreciated, but a Baguio Rose flower stalk would be a more meaningful gesture.
* Housekeeping: Towels placed on the floor for replacement were simply re-hung; we had to call for clean ones.
* Front Desk: Only one staff member on duty led to three unanswered calls at night. This poses a serious safety risk in an emergency.
* Food (Breakfast): HORRIBLE quality. The buffet lacked creativity, was visually unappetizing, and items like the sausage were inedible. The Chef needs immediate supervision.
Management/GM: Please give these critical points your special attention. We need to see positive improvements in January; otherwise, we will seek other accommodations."

"The hotel itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The amenities are fine and the room met expectations. Unfortunately, the guest service needs improvement. We arrived at 7:30 PM and our room was still not ready. We were asked to wait, but there were no updates unless we repeatedly asked, which was inconvenient after a long trip. There was also an issue with Netflix being logged in under another guest’s account. When we asked if it could be logged out, we were bluntly told it couldn’t be done, without any effort to assist or offer alternatives. A more service-oriented response would have made a big difference. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but better staff training and guest handling are needed to improve the stay."

GGastnutzerEverything was fine and great. Staff were very nice with good services. Location is great, easy to reach the main touristy spots. There was renovation during my stay, so heard some noise but not a big deal. The sound proof was considered okay. Very tiny noise from the renovation I heard and also when people passed by the corridor and talking.
There was no separation between the shower and toilet bowl, but the shower water was hot enough. There was also water dispenser for you to refill water and provided with their glass jar, which is great! Overall, I had a good stay!

SSolamia AñascoDas war unser zweiter Aufenthalt bei Travelite Legarda. Wir gehen in der Regel jeden Januar nach Baguio. Während unseres vorherigen Besuchs haben wir im Travelite Express Hotel in der Nähe von Burnham Park geblieben, und im folgenden Jahr haben wir beschlossen, Travelite Legarda zu versuchen. Das ist jetzt unser zweites Aufenthaltsverhältnis.
Wir nahmen zunächst in Zimmer 321 ein und bemerkten, dass es kein warmes Wasser in dem Zimmer gab. Ich bat um Hilfe vom Vordertisch, weil das warme Wasser wirklich wichtig ist, vor allem da Baguio sehr kalt ist. FO Ericka und HK Arnold halfen uns in ein anderes Zimmer mit heißem Wasser, Zimmer 309.
Um 9:32 Uhr hatten wir bereits in das neue Zimmer übertragen. Da das heiße Wasser funktionierte, begann ich mit einer Dusche. Nach ein paar Minuten öffneten uns plötzlich zwei männliche Gäste unser Zimmer, was uns schockierte, weil sie das Zimmer zugreifen konnten. Die beiden Gäste sagten, dass das Frontbüro ihnen auch Zimmer 309 zugewiesen hatte.
Nachdem ich meine Dusche beendete, wartete ich auf jedes Personal oder Personal des Frontbüros zu kommen, zu schlagen, oder zumindest zu entschuldigen, was passiert istaber niemand kam. Ich war wirklich schockiert und enttäuscht.
Ich arbeite auch in der Hotelindustrie, so dass ich verstehe, dass Fehler passieren können, aber diese Situation war eindeutig eine ernste Fahrlässigkeit. Zumindest hätte dem Gast eine Entschuldigung gegeben werden müssen. Ich weiß nicht, ob das Personal beschäftigt oder unwissend war, aber diese Erfahrung war für keine Gäste gut.
Ich hoffe, dass dieser Vorfall in Zukunft nicht wieder auf andere Gäste geschieht.

GGastnutzer2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

GGastnutzerWir waren von unserem Aufenthalt im Azalea absolut begeistert. Das Hotel war überraschend gut im Vergleich zu den besten Hotels in Camp John Hay, wo wir normalerweise übernachten. Das gesamte Hotel ist groß, die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Supermärkte, Restaurants und das Stadtzentrum entlang des Leonard Wood sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Geschäfte sind gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und ging auf all unsere Anliegen ein. Das Essen im Restaurant Kuya J ist absolut köstlich. Die Hotelanlage ist gepflegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und werden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und unserer Familie und Freunden empfehlen.

112MariaDies ist unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Logkabine, mit dem ersten eine wunderbare Erfahrung in Q4 von 2017. Dieses Mal haben wir die Pine Suite gebucht, die uns mit seinen Einrichtungen und einer Terrasse mit Blick auf den Botanischen Garten beeindruckt.
Während die Logkabine selbst ein bisschen älter erschien, schätze ich die exklusiven Parkplätze im Vorderlobby.
Das kostenlose Frühstücksbuffet war ein wenig von einem Abfall, so dass wir nach dem ersten Versuch auswählen.
Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden wahrscheinlich zurückkehren, aber vielleicht das Frühstücksbuffet noch einmal verschieben, wenn es keine Verbesserungen gibt.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

CChrish_OGThe family room #2 that we got is super spacious!! Its bigger than my actual house. The location is quite good, a lot of taxis drive by the area. You just have to walk uphill to the hotel (if you are walking from Burnham Park) and downhill to get to the main road. The breakfast meal was ok. They will ask your preferred breakfast a day before, and in the morning, they will knock on your door to ask what time you would like to eat. The comfort room is also big, and the hot shower is thankfully working very well. There is also a walk in closet spacious enough for your luggage. The staffs were very nice and accommodating. But… Of course there were downsides during our stay. First, when we entered the room, the room hits your nose with a very slight hint of cat pee. For cat owners, you know the smell when your cat pees on your carpet or curtain? And it was not cleaned right away? I guess a stray cat got inside the room and marked it, or delivered a litter of kittens. Since its a very subtle smell of cat pee, the smell kinda disappears… or my brain just forgets the smell. 🤣 another thing is that there is a separate room for the 2 single beds. We ended up sleeping altogether on the double bed because none of us wants to sleep in the other room. The double bed was a little to firm for our liking. The check out time is too early, which is 11:30am-no extensions. We ended up checking out at 8am (since we have a tour) and left our luggage in front of the front desk lobby. No room service available as well, since they have a restaurant/dining hall where every guest should eat.
Am I going to stay here again? Probably yes, but I would probably ask to stay in another room, if I get assigned to room #2 again. 🤣

AAnonymer BenutzerWe had a lovely stay at this hotel! The view was beautiful, and we really appreciated having a small balcony where we could relax. The location also is very accessible, making it easy to get around the area.
We also loved that the room came with a well-equipped kitchenette, including a complete set of utensils, an induction cooker, cooking pots and etc.
The host was super nice, very warm, and extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Our trip was quite short, but we’d definitely love to come back and stay again next time 💛

Rrjm30The hotel room is spacious. The bathroom is clean. The bed and linens aee clean and crisp... we booked at deluxe queen only with ceiling fan, but it feels like your inside an airconditioned room.. staffs are friendly amd couteous. They serve buffet breakfast if guests are 30p ax and above only.. though only few choices of foods at the buffet, we were still feel staisfied... definitely, we will book again..

GGastnutzerThe hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
