"Wir haben unlängst in diesem Hotel geblieben, und leider war unsere Erfahrung mit den Einrichtungen und Frühstück nicht sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Einrichtungen fühlten sich begrenzt und nicht gut gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt weniger bequem als erwartet machte.
Was das Frühstück betrifft, war die Auswahl ziemlich enttäuschend. Es gab nicht viel Auswahl, und die verfügbaren Optionen waren ziemlich grundlegende. Ich hoffte, dass eine breitere Auswahl an verschiedenen Präferenzen passen würde.
Insgesamt gibt es sicher Raum für Verbesserungen, vor allem bei der Verbesserung der Einrichtungen und der Angebote einer vielfältigeren Frühstückserfahrung."

Der Transport ist einfach mit Taxis direkt draußen. Es ist 2.1 km von der Stadt, kostet rund 100 –150. Frühstück wird rechtzeitig geliefert, das WLAN ist schnell und YouTube funktioniert reibungslos."

Unsere Handtücher sind spät in unserem Zimmer geliefert. Es gibt auch kein Shampoo und Seife für den Gäste. Nur Zahnbürste. Keine Slips und Waschbeutel."

SSoloTraveler49Das Manor ist ein außergewöhnliches Hotel mit großem Personal und entspannender Umgebung. Wir genossen unsere kurze Aufenthalte hier und nutzten die schönen Straßen und Landschaften in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung hier ist gut, aber ich fand das Fitnesscenter etwas fehl im Vergleich zu allem anderen. Andernfalls ist dies der perfekte Ort, um in der Nähe von Baguio zu bleiben und ein wenig Getaway genießen.

IiamrichinitaDas Frühstück ist gut für den Preis, es gibt Tage, dass das Menü besser ist. Aber im Allgemeinen ist es akzeptabel. Es gibt nur einige Fragen in Bezug auf die Antwortzeit des Personals, wenn Anfragen nicht sofort beantwortet wurden. Der Weg zum Hotel ist auch unter reparation, dass’s kinda hassle. There’s no lift connected directly to the flows so you have to take the stairs 😅

GGastnutzer2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

AAnonymer BenutzerWe had a wonderful 3-days stay at Lee boutique hotel. The atmosphere feels homey and welcoming, making it easy to settle in right away. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with fresh sheets and towels, which added to the comfort.
I especially appreciated that the TV comes with Netflix, perfect for winding down after a day out. Our room also had a AC, a balcony with a lovely view, which made mornings and evenings extra enjoyable.
The staff were consistently kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth really elevated the experience.
The only downside I noticed was that the bathtub can be a bit slippery, so guests should be cautious.

AAnonymer BenutzerWe had a lovely stay at this hotel! The view was beautiful, and we really appreciated having a small balcony where we could relax. The location also is very accessible, making it easy to get around the area.
We also loved that the room came with a well-equipped kitchenette, including a complete set of utensils, an induction cooker, cooking pots and etc.
The host was super nice, very warm, and extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Our trip was quite short, but we’d definitely love to come back and stay again next time 💛

GGastnutzerThe hotel looked quite new and the halls, rooms and bathrooms were all very clean. The staff were courteous, friendly, efficient and responsive. The breakfast menu was acceptable. The King Chef Dimsum Restaurant at the First floor provided a tasty meal as well. Even more important, the hotel was very close (7 minutes) to the center of the city (Burnham Park). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

GGastnutzerIt was a good stay overall for this hotel though upon check in the room, there was a small problem in the toilet which I reported and they fix it while we are on our day out and when we came back in the evening, the issue has been fixed! Staffs are all Friendly, helpful and approachable! Good location because it’s very accessible to public transport and near to tourist spots like Burnham Park, Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Baguio Public Market and SM City Baguio! Will still consider when we come back to Baguio! Thank you!
