Had a relaxing time and planned to come back again. Just noticed that vouchers were only given after asking about it - not that I'm all interested but regardless if the guest will use it or not, it should be given to the guest upfront upon check in. Overall, relaxing and have a great time with friends and family was achieved. Thank you and keep up the smiles.

Good for families, especially with kids—they have a Kidzone, which is a nice bonus. The place has a great vacation vibe, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, it’s not very stroller-friendly since there are many stairs and no ramps, which can also be challenging for seniors. The food was good, and we appreciated that they changed some of the menu daily, which kept meals interesting. Overall, it’s still a nice place to stay. 😊

Es war ein großer Aufenthalt, die Einrichtungen sind gut und der einzige Nebenteil ist das Hotel ist derzeit unter Renovierung, aber nur die Fassade. Die Lage ist auch gut in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Eine weitere Rückmeldung ist mit ihrem Parkplatz. Es ist zu eng und es ist erst zu kommen, die Basis zu dienen. In einer Lage mit hohem Volumen von Touristen und Autobenutzer ist es wichtig, dass Parkplätze gut und leicht zugänglich.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten von der SM Mall entfernt und die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett gewesen, dass Frühstück ist okay. Die Stadt ist einen Aufenthalt wert, also an alle Backpacker bleibt für 2 Nächte. Es gibt eine riesige Mall und die Stadt hat einen riesigen Markt. Wir hatten viel Freude hier zu stoppen. Der busbahnhof um in den Norden zu kommen ist hinter der SM Mall. Nach San Fernando bezahlten wir 141 Pesos pro Person.

It was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of Baguio. It is also very near Camp John Hay which our family really loves. It is reactively new so it was very clean and so beautiful. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was so amazing. It was such delightful experience for our family, we enjoyed the hotel so much even the food at breakfast was so good. I would give this hotel an excellent rating as they also treated their guests with 5-star service. Kudos to everyone and we will surely be back. We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant. The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well. Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown. As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming. We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat. Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

Schreckliche Einfahrt, Eingang durch den Grundstückspark, benötigt, um 3 Stockwerke und keine bequemen Geschäfte in der Nähe zu gehen. Die Idee, wie unter Baustelle zu gehen ist schrecklich genug. Hotel war ok...Ort schrecklich.

They were consistently polite, attentive, and always willing to assist, which really made a difference in our overall experience. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. Rooms, hallways, and common areas are spotless, and you can tell that housekeeping takes pride in their work. The rooms are well-kept, comfortable, and provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. Another highlight is the location. The hotel is conveniently situated—close enough to the heart of Baguio for easy access to popular spots, yet far enough to enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great balance for both relaxation and exploring the city. The unlimited breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The food was tasty and filling, giving us the energy we needed to start our day of sightseeing. A bit more variety in the menu would be nice for guests staying multiple nights, but overall, it was a great perk. What we really loved was the view from the hotel—absolutely beautiful and one of the things that makes this stay memorable. Waking up to the cool Baguio breeze and a nice view is definitely a bonus. Overall, Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-located, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and great views—everything you’d want in a Baguio getaway. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall experience was great and the location is perfect for relaxation

Room was supposed to be 30 sq meters, but was 15 sq meters...including bathroom. The sink drain pipe had just been put in the bigger wall pipe...meaning it was not sealed at all and seawage smell was coming into the bathroom. We could smell it too in the room during the night.
