"I was really impressed on my first visit. I stayed here for three days, and the room was huge with two levels—upstairs was a living area, and downstairs was the bedroom. There was a balcony with a really beautiful view. Even though our room didn’t have a washing machine, the hotel actually provided one for us to use for free. And it was super convenient to order food here. The staff were really excellent—they gave great recommendations and helped with everything. I really loved it and would definitely recommend that if you come to Zhoushan, you should stay here."

"Dieses Mal ist es im ersten und im ersten Quartal des Jahres in Liu Mountain Walman, im 17. Egal wie schlecht es ist, es ist immer noch besser als die Umgebung auf der Insel... "首先我不是託，是真的樂意寫這個評價。 兩天一夜的體驗感很好，訂房後入住前的客服諮詢已經耐心解答首次來普陀山的我很多疑問和路線規劃問題； 酒店整體地理位置居中，方便，周邊清凈，環境舒適，爬山到善財洞親測需要40-50分鐘左右，步行10分鐘可抵達法雨寺車站； 最讓我滿意的居然有三大點！ 一是管家二號服務，儘可能滿足我的要求，比如早餐幫忙打包，行李送碼頭時間，以及島內疑問隨時解答； 二是居然是張按摩床，完全是我日行暴走兩三萬步的放鬆救命星！還貼心的是兩人可以各控制按摩自己的，互不幹擾！ 三是非常喜歡酒店的所有木質調洗漱用品，治癒讓人放鬆，與普陀山户外生長樹林非常契合！ 雖然兩天一夜行程很滿，但也在禪修室抄了心經，在午間水幕看到了彩虹~ 如果吹風機能換成戴森的話個人感覺會更好。價格與服務基本匹配，滿意的入住體驗！"

"又一年來普陀山，這次選擇了地理位置非常方便的海中洲。雖然一開始擔心酒店因為時間比較久，設施會比較舊，但體驗下來整體還是非常滿意的。首先預訂的是海景房，能看到的這個正面的朱家尖大橋和大海，景觀很不錯。酒店雖然開業久，但維護的還算非常不錯，能夠提供的服務也很多。不僅有免費的接送碼頭，還能免費接送客運站，這個真的非常方便，而且因為我們是兩個人，來的是別克商務車，體驗感拉滿。酒店的早餐也很豐富，中式點心偏多，西餐較少，但也足夠吃了。而且因為地處東港最中心，凱虹廣場就在旁邊，吃東西買東西都很方便。下次再來普陀山，還會考慮海中洲的！"

GGastnutzer房間很乾凈，整體佈局很温馨，位置很不錯，對面就是烏石塘景區，邊上也有很多海鮮排擋，去普陀、南沙都很方便，老闆很好，推薦的飯店也都很好吃，酒店九宮格的早餐也很出圈，是下次還會想再來的酒店。

GGastnutzerWir bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Aussicht war fantastisch. Da wir Vegetarier sind, hat uns die Rezeptionistin extra vegetarische Gerichte zubereitet, die sehr lecker waren. Die Zubereitungszeit war uns auch sehr willkommen. Der Strand ist etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, allerdings kann man dort nicht schwimmen, hat aber eine schöne Aussicht. Der Shanghai Qi Guan ist in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet von oben einen fantastischen Blick auf die Insel. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht.

GGastnutzerWe love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

MMaria13579One of our best stays in China! This place was absolutely amazing. The ladies running it are hilarious and always made us laugh. First of all - the rooms are really good for the price. We got upgraded to a much better room after our first night, free of charge. It’s also conveniently located next to grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, while still being a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle. The food here is really good too - the (included) breakfast as well as what you can buy for lunch/dinner is really fresh. Because of the language barrier they tried to accommodate by providing more “western style” breakfasts for us, but when we realized and asked about it they made us a second breakfast that was like the one everyone else got. They also helped us out with a driver to take us to the abandoned village, and booked our tickets back to Shanghai. Also, the aircon here is FAST and reliable which we’ve realized isn’t a given after a few weeks in China. So that’s another (small yet important) plus for sure! Usually I like to explore different places and stay at different accommodations if/when I revisit places, but I’d probably make an exception and stay here again if I ever come back to visit the island!

Bett ist sehr fest futon-Stil w/2 Kissenwahlen. Fenster gibt Sound von Wellen und frischem Meeresbrennen. Aircon funktioniert auch gut, wenn nötig. Ausgezeichnetes warmes Wasser in all-in-One-Badezimmer. Wasserdruck war leistungsfähig. Shampoo, Klimaanlage, Körperwasch, Handtücher, Haartrockner alle bereitgestellt. Die Hostels sind 2 Gehminuten zum Longquan Beach und 2 Gehminuten zum Bushalte, sehr günstige Lage. Buskosten 3¥ & Hostel-Eigentümer wird den Transport zu anderen Dörfern, anderen Stränden und Houtouwan (abgelassene Dörfer-- es ist fantastisch!) auf Shengshan Insel-- runde Busfahrt ist 12¥. Dieses Hostel ist eine perfekte Wahl für Budget-Reisende, die sauber, kostenlos, nicht-füllte Unterkünfte wollen. Der freundliche, wissensfähige Eigentümer, der früher Lehrer war, spricht ein wenig Englisch, und ist ein sehr schöner Koch! Fragen Sie sie über Lebensmittel - ihre Mahlzeiten sind sehr vernünftig und es ist frisch.

WWarren TanadaService by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets. The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates. The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach. As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience.
