"Wir würden zum ersten Mal nach langer Zeit auch englischsprachig begrüßt und somit war die Kommunikation auch ohne google translate möglich. Es wurde kostenlos ein Scooter zur Verfügung gestellt um den See zu erkunden und auch sonst wären sie sehr freundlich. Unser Standardzimmer bekam direkt ein Upgrade auf ein Cozy Room. Wäsche waschen war auch kostenlos und einfach. An einem Nachmittag gab es auch Tanz und Musik."

"Der Standort ist nur wenige hundert Meter vom Südtor der Altstadt von Dali entfernt. Die Gasse ist sehr ruhig. Der Chef ist sehr nett und es gibt ein paar Phönixe, die die Gäste willkommen heißen. Übrigens sind die Frühstücksreisnudeln des Hotels köstlich und es gibt auch einige gute warme Gerichte. Siheyuan-Häuser sind in Dali selten und ich habe mit diesem die richtige Wahl getroffen. Liebe Liebe Wenn Sie es nicht eilig haben, einen Bus zu erreichen, ist es besser, eine Nacht zu bleiben. Lauschen Sie dem Regen und trinken Sie langsam Tee."

"Wir waren drei Freunde auf Reise durch China, Dali war unser erster Ziel. Das Xianlai Inn hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Lage ist sehr angenehm am Anfang der Altstadt Dalis - es war zwar nachts mal etwas lauter, aber nicht so laut wie wenn man noch tiefer in die Altstadt gehen würde. Dennoch ist alles gut erreichbar, sowohl viele Restaurants als auch Fahrradverleih. Die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht gehalten, nicht besonders gut, nicht besonders schlecht, man nächtigt dort gut aber mehr auch nicht. Dafür ist die gemeinsame Terasse sehr schön um Abends zu entspannen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service, sowohl die Besitzer als auch die Reinigungskräfte waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Besitzerin schickt einem direkt zu Beginn einen Guide mit Spielinformationen und Restaurantempfehlungen in Dali, alle sehr lokal und köstlich. Einmal hatte die Besitzerin für uns auch spontan Plätze in einem Hotpot-Restaurant reserviert, sehr zuvorkommend! Das einzige was auszusetzen ist, dass sehr viele Mücken in das Zimmer kommen - auch wenn das Zimmer immer verschlossen war, mussten viele Viecher geklatscht werden. Außerdem hatte das Zimmer einen strengen Geruch wenn die Klimaanlage nicht lief, ich schätze mal von der Feuchte. Alles in allem aber trotzdem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, würde jederzeit wieder kommen, vorallem für den Preis"

"Dieses Zimmer war das teuerste, das wir in Dali hatten, und es war auch das Hotel, an das ich die höchsten Erwartungen hatte. Es sah aus wie ein umgebautes Apartmenthotel. Vorteile: Gute Lage, neue Dekoration, insgesamt eher im Stil der Internet-Promi-Fotografie. Die Wohnung, die ich gekauft habe, blickt auf den Erhai-See und die Aussicht von der obersten Etage ist gut. Nachteile (sehr objektiv und nicht böswillig): 1. Der Erhai-Park und der Xiaguan-Pier unten sind zu laut, um nachts zu singen und tagsüber zu hupen, und der Klang der Dekoration am Morgen ist zu unverschämt. Es fühlt sich an, als ob sie ohne Vorbereitung geöffnet wurden. 2. Der gesamte Raum ist 60 Quadratmeter groß und die Dekoration ist sehr einfach und sogar grob. Dusche und Toilette sind in einem so großen Raum nicht so groß wie bei 30 Quadratmetern. Es gab nicht einmal einen Platz zum An- und Ausziehen der Kleidung. Die Toilette und die Dusche sind nicht zusammen und es gibt keinen Ort, an dem man den Müll wegwerfen kann. Man muss auf die gegenüberliegende Seite gehen, um ihn wegzuwerfen. 3. Es ist schwer zu verstehen, dass es in einem so großen Raum keinen Kleiderschrank gibt, sondern nur einen einfachen Fön an der Wand und einen baumförmigen Kleiderbügel. 4. Da das Zimmer zu neu ist, sind die Fensterlüftungen klein und es riecht nach Gras und Boden. Wenn Sie das Fenster öffnen, ist es ein Dilemma. 5. Der Farbunterschied des Projektors ist sehr gravierend und extrem gelblich. 6. Da das gesamte Hotel wie andere Hotelketten intelligent verwaltet werden möchte, aber nur Lichter, Vorhänge und Projektionsgeräte verwalten kann, ist es wirklich verwirrend. 7. Ich persönlich bin der Meinung, dass Plastikduschprodukte, undichte Duschköpfe und beengte quadratische Tische den Geschmack und die Textur des gesamten Raums stark beeinträchtigen. Der Preis ist noch unglaublicher... Zusammenfassend würde ich, wenn ich gebeten würde, es zu bewerten, nur drei Punkte für den Service des Chefs geben, 2 Punkte für die Lage und Aussicht und 3 Punkte dafür, dass es nicht einfach ist als Arbeiter Geld verdienen."

"Eines meiner Lieblings-B&Bs bietet einen kostenlosen Abholservice vom Flughafen an. Wir waren wirklich überrascht, dass wir den Abholservice gewählt haben und der Fahrer pünktlich ankam. Der junge Mann im Laden ergriff die Initiative, uns mit unserem Gepäck zu helfen, sobald wir aus dem Bus stiegen. Die junge Dame lud uns auch zu einem kostenlosen Nachmittagstee ein, der köstlich und exquisit war. Auch der Pu'er-Tee im Laden ist sehr duftend. Die saubere und helle Raumaufteilung ist zurückhaltend, warm und elegant, sehr hochwertig. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und es ist wirklich angenehm, nachts zu schlafen. Nach ein paar Tagen hier war mein Magen von den Köchen beeindruckt und das Essen, das sie kochen, ist so lecker. Wenn Sie irgendwelche Bedürfnisse oder Probleme haben, hilft Ihnen die Dame sofort bei der Lösung. Sie ist wirklich aufmerksam und aufmerksam. Ich kann nicht genug über den hervorragenden Service loben. Dieser Ort liegt ganz in der Nähe der antiken Stadt und des Cangshan-Berges. "Ein Fünf-Sterne-Apartmenthotel, das diese Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung absolut verdient! Das Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen: Blick auf den Erhai-See, die nächtliche Stadtkulisse, unseren geliebten Mahjong-Tisch, Wein und vieles mehr. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, und obwohl wir keine Zeit hatten, sie zu nutzen, waren alle Gewürze vorhanden, haha. Der Besitzer war außerdem sehr herzlich, erklärte uns alles und baute den Mahjong-Tisch auf. Daumen hoch! 👍 Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Tag hier! Zimmerdetails: Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist riesig und bietet einen atemberaubenden Meerblick, ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine Badewanne. Die beiden anderen Zimmer sind ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit Tür und ein halboffener Raum mit Vorhängen. Wir teilten uns ein Badezimmer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem 🫶🫶🫶 Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!"

MMrs LeafIf I could, I’ll give a score of 100/10! This is such a fantastic experience staying here. What is so impressive is the SERVICE and the actual room facilities. The staff is soooooooo friendly and helpful - he basically helped me plan my itinerary every day because I came with zero plans and only wanted to relax. He helped me to plan my route and book a car for day use. And the driver is amazing too - he brought me to try 扎染 tie dye even when I didn’t know anything about it. He made sure I went to a local experience instead of expensive tourist trap. And he’s great at taking photos too! Back to the staff. He would understand what I’m interested in and then give suggestions that I’ll like. Amazing. And there is even a whole list of things to watch out for when visiting all the tourists attractions. When you arrive, they’ll also message you all the places to eat. There is also a convenience store right downstairs if you want to buy anything. They also gives you instructions if you want food delivery. So detailed!! And they are so proud of the fact that their rooms are exactly what it looked like on the app. So clean so new so amazing. Look at that view! You wake up to the view of the vast sea. And there is a giant bath tub for you to experience soaking in bubble bath (also given) at the same time. The toilets are always the make or break when travelling. And the toilets are amazing again. AUTOMATIC flush and the seat cover automatically opens and close. My goodness. And the shower has different outlets if you want some form of water acupuncture 🤣 very modern. And they even have a towel dryer/heater!!! You can dry anything small and it’ll be dry and crisp. Normally hotel pillows give me headaches. But not here! They have the latex foam pillow and also the normal fluffy pillows. It is so suitable and comfortable for me who is accustomed to memory foam pillows. How can accommodation get so detailed and excellent? Breakfast is another wonderful experience. You go the dining area and an aunty cooks porridge or noodles or meat buns or corn or sweet potatoes and serve them to you. There is even soya bean drink and fritters and lots of sauces and seasonings and small bites. And there is unlimited bottled beverages like honey jasmine tea or oolong tea and fruits and coffee. How do they even make a profit? And there is even a place to rest and relax and drink tea if you come with friends. I can’t wait to come back here with more friends and family and let me experience what I enjoyed so much here. Thank you to the staff and to the boss! 😁😍

GGastnutzerWir hatten Bedenken, ob uns die Pension gefallen würde, und buchten daher zunächst nur eine Nacht, blieben dann aber drei. Da unser Kind zu Allergien neigt, waren wir sehr vorsichtig. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche makellos und das ganze Zimmer wirkte hell und freundlich, besonders die Badezimmerecken, wo sich kaum Kalkablagerungen befanden. Unser Zimmer bot einen fantastischen Blick auf den Erhai-See (das Foto wurde von der Terrasse der Pension aus aufgenommen), und wir konnten oft Vogelschwärme beobachten. Die Pension liegt ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt und des Marktes in der March Street und war nachts sehr ruhig. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und kümmerten sich umgehend um alle unsere Anliegen. Auch das Frühstück war köstlich! Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft in den letzten Tagen! Und noch ein Tipp: Denken Sie daran, in Dali Sonnenschutzmittel zu verwenden! An einem Tag war es bewölkt und regnerisch mit nur kurzem Sonnenschein, und ich habe leider kein Sonnenschutzmittel benutzt. Meine Nase hat sich daraufhin verbrannt und schält sich jetzt. Egal ob bewölkt, regnerisch oder einfach nur ein Tag in Dali – meine Damen, bitte tragen Sie Sonnenschutzmittel!

GGastnutzerThis is probably one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in. Not only was the location amazing (the hotel overlooks the Erhai and Cangshan, making breakfasts and any meals eaten extremely picturesque and peaceful) but the staff was incredibly kind, doing everything they could to ensure we were comfortable with our stay. On the day of our arrival, a staff came to pick us up from the taxi and carried our luggage to the hotel, making sure we wouldn't get lost. On our last day, another staff member took us to the bus station, carrying our bags and waiting until the bus came to pick us up. The hotel is located just off the main street, still next to the main shopping area, but allowing for a more quiet and peaceful environment. Everything about this hotel is beautiful, from the furniture to the rooms to the plants. We would highly recommend coming to this hotel, and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much for making our trip so wonderful and welcoming, Cloud House! Appreciate you!!!

Als ich gerade in den Gasthaus kam, waren die beiden Chefs und Schwestern sehr enthusiastisch, hilf mir, das Gepäck zu nehmen und mein Freund zu entschuldigen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und schlafen nachts sauber, insbesondere die beiden Gaffie-Katzen im Garten, so süß! Insgesamt ist es eine gute Gästeoption für Dali, die Altstadt zu reisen.

DDELWYNTI had an amazing stay at Anyu Dali, and their hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage and even coordinating with the Didi driver when we were rushing to catch our railway. They went above and beyond by providing weather updates for our next destination, Lijiang, and noticing that we were unprepared for the cold, they thoughtfully gave us heat pads. As first-time guests, we were treated to complimentary afternoon tea and breakfast, as well as four free laundry items for washing. The welcome gift was a lovely touch, and they even prepared a warm nighttime drink before bedtime, making our stay feel extra special. What really stood out was their attention to detail—even knowing that we would be staying at Anyu Lijiang next, they arranged to give us our farewell gift there, considering our luggage was already full. The level of service here surpasses that of many well-known hotels, and I will definitely choose Anyu again the next time I visit China. Highly recommended for those who appreciate genuine hospitality!

RRaisha MichelleI highly recommend staying at this B&B! The location, service, hospitality, facilities, amenities, and design are absolutely impressive. We visited for a family trip (Kunming - Lijiang - Dali - Kunming) and stayed at Mogu House Inn (Dali) for 2 days and 1 night. Since there were 15 of us, it was quite a challenge to arrange transportation, we would have needed 4-5 Didi cars to accommodate everyone and our luggage. I contacted the hotel in advance to request pickup and drop-off service, and they gladly helped arrange vehicles for us. They provided two large vehicles, one for our luggage and another vehicle that comfortably fit all 15 of us. Upon arrival, the Mogu Inn owner & their staff welcome us warmly & politely, they even help to carry in the luggage's for the whole family to our rooms, which is a really big help and we appreciate it very much. Cleanliness : Spotless clean and comfortable. Service : Excellent! The owner is attentive, enthusiastic, and incredibly kind. All the staff are friendly and approachable. I’m personally thankful to the receptionist young lady who assisted us throughout our stay, she even arranging last-minute transportation for us to explore Dali city. She was responsive, kind & attentive. Everything you requested or asked she will do her best to help you. So much appreciated. Breakfast : Complimentary. This was the only hotel on our trip that included breakfast, which was greatly appreciated for breakfast person like our family. Location : Great location. Near to the west gate of ancient city, walking distance. The hotel surrounded by many restaurants, shops & supermarket, making it incredibly convenient to walk everywhere for food, drink & entertainment. Transportation : Excellent! Just text them via Wechat request for pick-up or drop-off service, they will promptly assist you. Facilities : The facilities here were amazing! The beds & pillows are soft, hot water well functioning (no need to wait for showering), the soundproofing was excellent. The room is voice intelligent, fully automated with smart voice control for the curtains and light, our whole family was incredibly amazed. Decoration : Breathtaking! The inn is beautifully decorated from the exterior to the rooms, very aesthetic and stylish. My whole family was amazed! Extra Note : We were pleasantly surprised that the washing machine and dryer are free to use, unlike other hotels we stayed at. This was especially helpful for our group, which included children. In summary, our stay here is beyond expectation. The warm & attentive service and hospitality we received from the owners and the receptionist was truly heartwarming and has created unforgettable memories to us. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Dali and recommend it to friends and family.

B. die Stadt ist nicht verlassen, sondern geeignet für Reiten, Spaziergang und Aussicht. Auch nahe der alten Stadt, dem Long Tin-Hafen usw., der Verkehr ist bequem. Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, die Sound-Effizienz ist gut, die Sicht ist offen und das Zimmer kann die Landschaft des Tsai-Pierre-Lago-Landschaft sehen. Geeignet für Depressionen und Fotos. Der Hotelbesitzer und die enthusiastische Freundlichkeit, es gibt Parkplatz-Fähre-Transfer-Service, bietet Reiseplanung, Attraktionsempfehlungen und eine intime Hilfe wie z. B.. Ruhe in der Bevölkerung, die Umgebung ist ruhig und ist geeignet für Entspannung und Genießen der Natur. Der Personenverkehr in der Umgebung ist nicht viel, sondern vermeidet auch übermäßige kommerzielle Hemmnisse. Zusammenfassend ist es eine tolle Erfahrung.

The overall apartment complex (including the parking lot and elevator) felt poorly maintained, and the atmosphere at night was dark and slightly eerie, especially for solo travelers or couples. Many neighboring units seemed unoccupied, which added to the quiet, empty vibe. 📍 Location: Take note—this place is about 50 minutes from Dali Ancient City, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to explore the old town daily. Rric123The guest house owners were very initiative. They picked us up from the Dali Railway station. The rooms were clean. Since there are 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a big room and a smaller room joined together with 2 large beds. The view was amazing. Upon arrival, it was 4.45pm, and we asked for recommendations of where to eat. However, since it's neither dinner nor lunch time, the owner Mr Hao suggested that we eat in the guesthouse itself. The guest house auntie cooked for us the best rice noodles that we have eaten so far. Springy white noodles in a bowl of hot flavourful broth. My kids slurped it all up and polished the whole big bowl. When we asked for recommendations on local eating places, Mr Hao gave us a whole list of his specially curated food places, which we managed to try 2 of them. And indeed they were good. The downside was that there were no coffee or tea sachets in the room. But they said they will make it for us and can send it to our rooms. They mentioned that they have a tea room. And so we enjoyed the 2 types of brewed puer tea while Mr Hao explained a little about the tea. Personally, I feel that since they have a special tea room to enjoy tea, sending sachet or tea bags would be inappropriate and a disrespect to the art of enjoying Puer tea. Location wise, it has a good view of the lake. And it's quiet. It's not exactly near the old town but we took a taxi (20 mins) to the old town. Thankfully, we didn't stay at the old town as it's way too crowded, and we felt it's a tourist trap. However, near the guest house, there were many highly recommended restaurants. The guest house has a dining area on the 1st floor. One thing that I really enjoyed about this place is the dining area. The lady that cooked the meal for us looked like a typical chinese grandma (which reminded me of my late grandma) that she cooked the food so deliciously with passion. While we had our breakfast she would sit at another table, she wasnt staring , just casually sitting while browsing her phone or ensuring we finish our food but her presence reminded me of when my late grandma would sit and watch us eat to ensure we have no leftovers. Lol. It was an oddly familiar and nostalgic feeling that we laughed about. But we do get the homey feel, which we really liked. The guest house also had a laundry room for guests to use. The guest house owners were very initiative, friendly, and helpful. Anything we need, we just let Mr Hao know, and he would reply. He even offered to send us back to the highway station. It's definitely highly recommended. And I would ask my friends that should they come to Dali, they should stay in this place. It's just perfect for us.
