Einrichtung: Die Tür ist ein großer 2.5 Meter großer Teppich, die Hygienebedingungen sind gut, aber das Ganze ist etwas scharf. Die Teppichteppiche ist verbrennt, sehr heiß nach dem Öffnen, nicht geschlossen, am nächsten Tag fühlte ich mich als Menschen getötet 😂😂😂, aber es ist wirklich ein sehr neuartiges Erlebnis ～"

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer, der Service und die heißen Quellen waren alle ausgezeichnet. Wir wurden am Changbai-Berg von einem Regenschauer überrascht und unsere Gummistiefel wurden durchnässt, aber das Personal schaffte es, uns eine elektrische Heizung zu besorgen. Das einzige Problem war der Shuttle-Service. Der Hochgeschwindigkeitszug fuhr kurz nach 8 Uhr ab, aber sie holten uns erst um 7 Uhr ab und fuhren pünktlich ab. Sie legten wirklich Wert auf pünktliche Abfahrt und das Frühstück wurde erst um 7 Uhr serviert, aber das Personal kam uns entgegen. Wir gingen vorher ins Restaurant, um etwas zu essen, aber es war noch nicht fertig, also mussten wir einfach essen, was es gab. Sie riefen uns um 6:55 Uhr an, um uns mitzuteilen, dass wir abreisen würden. Ich fragte, ob wir nicht um 7 Uhr abreisen würden, und sie bejahten. Ich war sprachlos. Das Hotelpersonal sagte, der Shuttle-Service sei von Dritten organisiert worden und nicht von ihnen, also könnten sie nichts tun. Wir waren nur zu zweit und wurden mit dem Bus hingebracht. Noch besser wäre es, wenn der Shuttle-Service flexibler gestaltet werden könnte.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! As two foreign girls traveling on our own, I was initially a bit nervous that things might be difficult or uncomfortable but everything exceeded our expectations.
We visited at the end of March for a weekend getaway, mainly to see the lake and explore the surrounding area. From the moment we arrived by train, the hotel staff went above and beyond meeting us at the station after we coordinated smoothly with them via WeChat. Their kindness and helpfulness made us feel completely at ease from the start.
They were always attentive to our needs and even assisted us in booking tickets for the nearby natural park, which was incredibly helpful as I wasn’t familiar with the system. We stayed in the Cozy Queen Room, which was very spacious, clean, and well laid out. It had all the amenities we needed, and the heating worked perfectly, important since it was still a bit chilly during our stay.
The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk from the main street, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s also quite close to the entrance of the natural park and the reindeer park. On our first day, we walked to the reindeer park in about 30 minutes, and the walk itself was beautiful, passing by a lake with wildlife.
On our second day, we headed out early to visit the natural park, and the hotel staff kindly arranged a taxi for us since it was so early in the morning.
I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough,it was a flawless experience from beginning to end. We’re incredibly grateful to the staff for treating us with such warmth and care. I would absolutely return in the future!

HheymingsterThe hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine).
However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting!
美居酒店又干净，房间也很大。早餐也丰富，多样。咖啡机的意式浓缩还很不错。酒店的柜台和工作人员都很友善，服务周到。因为酒店有包接站服务，我们链接了司机婷婷。她真的太好了，我们没大陆手机号，不知道根本去不了哪里。婷婷也教我们怎么购买长白山景区票、怎么玩。然后重要的是她也提醒我们上长白山需要注意的-我们不够防冷和防风的衣裳和鞋子，所以她也带我们去租了。婷婷也介绍我们好吃的地方，真的赞赞赞！

From the day I booked this hotel, I asked the frontdesk people tons of questions regarding my experiences in Changbaishan, because I'm new to this place and have no clue at all. They were very kind and patient with me, even showed me how to buy tickets of Tianchi peak on Wechat. The hotel is super new, with full of facilities and even a tea set with tatami corner and a glass baywindow for your own enjoyment. Great system with welcoming screen and music whenever you entered the room. Toilet bowl was heating and automatically flushing. Breakfast was good and various. We enjoyed it a lot.
Location is good, you can reach the Edelweiss Reindeer Park in just few minutes by foot and reach the tourist center of North Slope Changbaishan National Park center (where to catch a bus to Changbaishan and Tianchi peak) in 15 minutes by foot.
My appreciation to the female driver of the hotel who was picked us up at the train station and sent us off, even drove us to some good places for dinner, and help us alot. People from Yunju hotel were all nice and helpful. Great impression!

They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so.

3. Sevice: ausgezeichnet. Der Boss kümmert sich sehr um uns. Er hat uns von der Station zum Hotel und zurück zum Bahnhof für GRATIS genommen. Er hilft uns viel zu kaufen Mountain Ticket, Buchungswagen und Bus nach Xuexiang.
4. Hotel auch kostenloses Frühstück mit leckerem Essen. Der Küchenservice ist großartig. Sie sind nett und gehen. 😍

Der Taxiservice des Hotels ist sehr gut und man muss praktisch nicht warten.
Und eines ist besonders benutzerfreundlich: An dem Tag, als wir den Laden verließen, hatte unser Kind Fieber. Wir riefen an der Rezeption an und erkundigten uns, ob wir etwas hinzufügen könnten, um unsere Abreise um ein paar Stunden zu verschieben. Das hat der Lobbymanager gesehen Wir waren etwas Besonderes und erlaubten uns, unseren Aufenthalt kostenlos um 4 Stunden zu verschieben. Das war sehr rücksichtsvoll und ich möchte auch erwähnen, dass das Essen und die Getränke im Hotel köstlich, nicht teuer und reichhaltig sind. Wir waren für drei Nächte in einem Ich habe an zwei Tagen im Hotel gerudert und gegessen. Ich wünsche mir, dass das Geschäft des Hotels immer erfolgreicher wird.

CCandycyw0Ich hatte ursprünglich ein Business-Dreibettzimmer gebucht, aber das Hotel hat mich direkt zu einem Deluxe-Familienzimmer mit einem 2-Meter-Bett und zwei 1,2-Meter-Betten aufgewertet. Der Platz ist nicht gewöhnlich Sehr gut. Jedes Mal, wenn ich im Housekeeping-Center anrief, kam die Antwort schnell. Die Dame Zuozuo in der Lobby schickte uns ein kleines Geschenk, wodurch ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Das einzige Manko war der Duschraum, den es hier nur gibt. Es wäre toll, wenn es einen beweglichen gäbe. Schließlich ist er nicht sehr freundlich zu weiblichen Freunden.

GGastnutzerI'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts.
Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food.
Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner.
