"Dieses Hotel ist sauber und komfortabel zu bleiben. Es ist auch mit AC ausgestattet. Nicht so geräumig, aber immer noch ok. Wir hatten immer noch eine schöne Zeit, da wir die meisten unserer Zeit draußen verbrachten und nur hier geblieben, um zu schlafen und zu schlafen. Die Amare La Cucina im Hotel ist ein großer Plus, vor allem, weil mein Sohn sehr viel von ihrem Essen lieb ist! Sehr auch zugänglich für den Victoria Liner Terminal.
Nicht so zugänglich zu touristischen Spots, aber es gibt viele Cabs in der Nähe. Super dank Kuya Wächter, die sehr gut zu Hause sind, um uns zu rufen, wann immer wir raus gehen.
Das Hotelpersonal ist auch schön und untergebracht. Sie halfen mir, als wir nach meinem Sohns Telefon suchten und glücklich fanden wir es. Danke an das sehr schnelle Wartungspersonal für die Rettung 😉
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und ich würde Microtel wieder wählen, wenn ich wieder nach Baguio 👌"

"Wir haben uns in Chalet Baguio während einer kürzlich geleisteten Reise gehalten und hatten eine allgemein gute Erfahrung. "Hello there. First, the hotel is a little far from the bus station, but to be honest, it is a very good spot, especially if you want to sight see the beauty of Baguio because of the amazing views when you eat at their restaurant or dining area. The staff is quite accommodating but not so friendly. We also need to rent a hair dryer worth 200php deposit, but it is okay for us. My sister ordered a beef burger steak which is quite similar to the Jolibee burger steak, which is quite delicious, she said, but for me, I ordered a chicken teriyaki, which is just okay for me. The room has no window, so we need to go downstairs to feel the breeze of coldness in Baguio in the morning and do a little jogging. And the restroom is quite a little smelly and dirty when the yellow stains are in the toilet bowl, which is quite annoying. But overall, even though there are disadvantages, I still enjoyed the experience of this hotel because of the baguio feel. I hope next time they will improve their services and facilities and also the staff will be nice and more friendly. Thank you uphill hotel Baguio"

Wir lieben den Raum alles, was ich wünsche, wir könnten mehr bleiben.. Wert für Geld, Einrichtungen waren alle perfekt , von Toiletten und Kaffee und Heizung inne. Schöner Raum, aber unweigerlich groß für Paare. Freundliches Personal und annähernd der Service waren auch wirklich großartig.. willkommen und warm.. Hoffentlich unsere nxt Reise wir hier wieder bleiben.. danke so viel 😍😊trächtig Wert für Geld und wirklich Budget Frien"

Although it’s quite an old hotel, the highest standards are delivered. It’s quite expensive, although the dining and drinking options are priced quite reasonably for a hotel of this nature. We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay, enjoying the outdoor views and easygoing classic charm. Great job, and thank you!

AAnonymer BenutzerWe had a rough booking process but in the end it was smoothen out. This was due to the typhoon that hit the country hard the day before. Trip was helpful in extending their service which as always is efficient. Our stay check in and our stay was nice. It was restful mostly but the first night. There was a bunch at the parking (room 451) who were loud even at wee hours.
The lobby was nicely decorated with Christmas trees, figurines and there were dozens of lights. It was magical! The weather was terrific too.
Upon checking there’s PhP3000 deposit which was returned to us upon our checkout.
Our checkout process took us about 10 mins. We

GGuest UserDas Zimmer ist gut, sauber und riesig! Obwohl es alt aussieht, aber wir genossen den Aufenthalt. Die Lage war auch gut, weil es verbrauchsteuerpflichtig war in Burnham Park, wir verlängern eigentlich unseren Aufenthalt für eine weitere Nacht! Das beste, was in diesem Ort zu bleiben war das Essen war so gut, meine Kinder lieben ihre schüttelnde sisig, schüttelfrost, grillierte Liempo und alles, was sie kochen! Die Mitarbeiter waren auch freundlich! Komplimentiert! 👍👍

AAnonymer BenutzerWe recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee.
Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv.
However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it.
One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

GGastnutzerIch dachte, ich hätte das neuere Hotel gebucht, aber als ich dort war, gab es zwei Hotels, das Hotel Supreme, alt und neu (nicht so neu). Wir kamen um 10 Uhr da und fühlten uns hungrig. Es gibt keinen offenen Laden oder Restaurant in der Nähe, aber Glücklich, gibt es eine Lieferung von Nahrungsmitteln. Das Hotel sieht alt und dunkel aus, aber die Gegend ist sauber. Das Zimmer ist für zwei Personen geeignet, aber die Beleuchtung ist dunkel. Es ist sauber, und der Preis ist richtig. Ich habe ein zusätzliches Bett beantragt, da eine andere Person für eine Nacht bleiben würde; ich habe 500 pesos bezahlt. Es gibt ein erfreuliches Frühstück für zwei, und Sie müssen 200 für eine zusätzliche Person bezahlen. Mein anderer Freund blieb nur für eine Nacht, die ich an den Helpdesk erwähnte. Als ich den Helpdesk angerufen habe, bat ich mich, aus dem Bett zu ziehen und sagte ihr, dass mein Freund nicht mehr bleiben würde und war unsicher, ob sie uns (ein weiteres 500 für ein zusätzliches Bett) für eine andere Nacht zahlen würden, wenn sie es nicht ziehen. Das Helpdesk sagte mir, dass wir bezahlen müssten, da die Checkout nur um Mittag war. Sie hätten uns informiert haben, wenn das das Protokoll für zusätzliche Betten ist. Was, wenn das Bett in unserem Zimmer für vier Tage bleiben wird? Ich werde 2000 pesos bezahlt, da das Extrabett noch ausgezogen werden muss. Es war jedoch ein guter Aufenthalt. Die Service Crew sind näher anzukommen, und sie reinigen das Zimmer jeden Tag.

1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional,
However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on.
2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no.
3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way.
4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient
5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room.
6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them ”check in” proactively
7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore.
8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter
9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service.
Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then.

GGastnutzerThe hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
