Location is close to SM Baguio, Session Road and Victory Liner which is what we needed for this trip. The host is very accommodating, flexible and responsive - perfect for us who made an out of the whim decision to travel. The unit is clean and neat.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Our stay at Selendra Suites was absolutely wonderful! Location: If you're looking for a quiet, laid-back vacation in Baguio away from the busy city center, I highly recommend this place. The area is peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, yet still very accessible. We had no trouble booking Grab rides at any time of the day or night, with an average wait time of less than 4 minutes. Cleanliness: The unit was spotless when we arrived. Everything was squeaky clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Accuracy: The property was exactly as advertised, if not better. The photos don't fully capture how beautiful the place is in person. The balcony ambiance and view were spectacular and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Communication: Maryam was an exceptional host. She was very responsive, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. She provided clear instructions and was always available whenever we had questions. Overall Experience: We highly recommend this place! What made our stay even more special was that it was my partner's birthday, and Maryam graciously agreed to help arrange a simple birthday surprise setup for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Baguio. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved our stay here. Very accessible to Burnham Park and on the main road. Offers free parking. Staff are welcoming. Easy check-in. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is delicious.

We recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee. Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv. However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it. One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations. Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

Sie waren konsequent polit, aufmerksam und immer bereit, zu helfen, was wirklich einen Unterschied in unserer Gesamterfahrung gemacht hat. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels ist hervorragend. Zimmer, Hallen und Gemeinderäume sind unspottbar, und Sie können sagen, dass die Hausaufsicht stolz auf ihre Arbeit. Die Zimmer sind gut gepflegt, komfortabel und bieten alles, was Sie für einen entspannenden Aufenthalt benötigen. Ein weiterer Highlight ist die Lage. Das Hotel ist bequem gelegen nahe genug zum Herzen von Baguio für einen einfachen Zugang zu beliebten Orten, aber weit genug, um eine ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre genießen. Es ist ein großes Gleichgewicht für Entspannung und die Erforschung der Stadt. Das unbegrenzte Frühstück war eine angenehme Überraschung. Das Essen war geschmackvoll und füllt, und es gab uns die Energie, die wir brauchen, um unseren Tag der Sehenswürdigkeit zu beginnen. Ein bisschen mehr Vielfalt im Menü wäre schön für Gäste, die mehrere Nächte bleiben, aber insgesamt war es ein toller Perk. Was wir wirklich liebte war die Aussicht vom Hotel absolut schön und eine der Dinge, die diesen Aufenthalt erinnerebar macht. Wachen bis zum coolen Baguio Brise und eine schöne Aussicht ist definitiv ein Bonus. Insgesamt überstieg das Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) unsere Erwartungen. Sauber, gut gelegen, freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück und großartige Aussichten alles, was Sie in einer Baguio-Getaway wünschen. Sehr empfohlen, und wir würden definitiv hier wieder bleiben!

I booked for their Deluxe room which specifically indicated in their listing that it has a balcony .At my surprise ,we were given a small mid room ,no balcony,only with a window blocked with another wall.The room was dark, no light coming from outside.I told the person incharged that was not the room that i booked but she insisted that all rooms with balcony was all occupied. I insisted that was not the room I booked until she gave in and trnsferred us to the 2nd floor with balcony. The room was bigger and better,however since the room is liocated near the road, you can hear all the loud noises coming from ouside esp the loud roar of vehicles and cars passing by. It was exhausting not to sleep at night.I hope that they can make their room sound proof.

The staff are all nice and friendly as they allowed us to leave our belongings on the reception area since we arrived early as the check in time is 2pm. They also allowed us to leave our bags even after our check in at 12 nn because we still roam around Baguio and left at night. The room service is also kind of good as we manage to get a help in setting up the hot shower. The room is also clean and worthy of the price you paid since we did not stay much at the hotel as we most the time outside while the location is kind of far from Burnham park but it is just near the La trinidad benguet and few blocks aways from Bell church which is also a great place to visit. The only issue we had is the service water as it seems to have an after taste and the breakfast that did not manage to finish because it also has a aftertaste. Overall the stay is good.

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners

Door should be fixed and secure with the normal lock. Plug must be in good condition. At least ventilation on each room good
