"Die Lage war großartig für diejenigen, die ruhig und nicht besetzte Vibes liebten. Erschwinglich. Sauber und geräumig Lobby und Buffetbereich. Unser Zimmerblick war ausgezeichnet. Der Pool war klein für ein großes Hotel. Gymnastikeinrichtungen waren durchschnittlich. Einige Mitarbeiter und Hotelpersonal waren nicht freundlich. Der Abgasfans im Badezimmer braucht Reparatur, zu laut. Über alle 8/10."

"Bislang eines der besten Hotels, die ich reserviert habe. Ich liebe, wie es Familienfreundlich ist. Etwa 8 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Wright Park.Liebte unser Zimmer so sehr! Liebte alles das Hotel. Personal war alle freundlich und untergebracht. Free breakfast selection and quality were super! Will definitely book this hotel if we ever go back to Baguio."

"Maganda and malinis yung unit. The unit owner is Very accommodating. Na-surprise lang po kami sa 3 thousand pesos deposit per room for room damage. Hindi po kasi naka indicate sa booking confirmation. For kitchen amenities hindi rin nakalagay sa booking confirmation yung mga gamit like microwave oven, heater, rice cooker and electric stove, so hindi kami naka pag prepared and nakapag dala ng food na pwedeng macook for breakfast. But over all maganda and safe ang lugar. So far na enjoy naman namin ang pag stay namin and travel in baguio. Thank you."

"We recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee. Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv. However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it. One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations. Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary."

"Highly recommended. The service and welcome are exceptional, as is the hotel’s exquisite forest location and ambience in Camp John Hay, Baguio. Although it’s quite an old hotel, the highest standards are delivered. It’s quite expensive, although the dining and drinking options are priced quite reasonably for a hotel of this nature. We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay, enjoying the outdoor views and easygoing classic charm. Great job, and thank you!"

"We arrived Feb 15 10am, medyo napaaga ng konti. The room is good for 5 pax, with balcony for both rooms. Malinis and well maintained naman po ang Unit. Accomodating namang recep, but the host didn’t contact me since nasa abroad pa daw sabi ng receptionist. happy and satisfied naman kami ng family ko. With wifi naman, kaya happy mga bagets. Netflix is not working lang."

"This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff."
