Spacious room with ice cold A/C. Excellent customer service provided by the front desk in particular (especially Mary!) Amazing free hot breakfast. I will definitely be back!

I want to start with the staff and share they are awesome. From the front desk to housekeeping each were helpful and showed care and compassion around their duties. The hotel parking is dark and limited. This created a concern due to the there was a large number of people outside walking around with shopping carts. The room had a smell that is unforgettable, the hotel itself is just out dated. It could not recommend this to travelers grabbing a room on the road or for a quick stay due to the location and overall condition. As mentioned in the beginning the staff is awesome!

I made the reservation online, from the road. When I arrived at the hotel, around 9 pm, I was told there wouldn't be any rooms available for 15-20 minutes due to a staff shortage. I was beat so I said ok and went down the road for food. Came back about 30 minutes later and had to wait another 15 minutes for check-in. The receptionist was overwhelmed. The room was a flipping dump. The first thing that hit me when I opened the room door was an overwhelming smell of bleach. I was under the impression that bleach was not supposed to be used in hotels? Anyway, the bathroom shower had long black hair all over it and the toilet seat was broken. I stayed because I was beat down from 600 miles of driving. I slept on top of the bed cover. Thankfully I had my own pillow. $156 for 6 hours sleep and a shower in a dirty stall. Wouldn't go back for free.

Property definitely needs some upgrades. It looks like they’re trying, but still have areas that need improvement. Bathroom door was cracked in the laminate was peeling off. Curtains were well worn with light coming through them and spots. It was medium clean. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

This hotel is extremely run down for the amt we had to pay per night. The photos online of the hotel and rooms are not accurate at all. Our bathroom door would not close all the way, both rooms we were in smelled musty and moldy, there were food stains on one of the bed blankets and one of the ac units leaked water all over the floor and on one of our suitcases. The staff was friendly but that is the only positive I can give.

I did not arrive until 9pm for check in, and they still did not have a room ready. I had to wait an hour for a room to be cleaned. Staff could have been more helpful with this process. They basically told me to take a seat. No idea how long or if I would get an actual room.

The room was clean, however; the bathroom was very dated and in much need for a remodel. The flooring in the main area of the hotel and in the hallways was needing to be replaced. The breakfast was disappointing with its limited options - no fruit or yogurt.

This hotel accommodates working groups, there were a lot of work trucks in the parking lot. Walls are paper thin, heard work crews alarms at 3:00am. Room was clean, but the entrance, lobby had dirty mats and floors. Although the rooms were updated the rest of the hotel was dated. Pool was closed.

The room was what you would expect with a lower end hotel. The outside is nice and overall the hotel presents well. The room was another story. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was a little too friendly. He made me uncomfortable.
