I like that the staff was very very friendly and greeted me and my party every time whether coming or leaving. Property was clean and safe.

When I booked this room I was under the impression that there would be a complimentary breakfast and water. My first morning they brought me a breakfast but then came back to charge me because they had delivered it to the wrong room.
No complimentary water.
I went down to the lounge and they tried to double charge me for the 4 cocktails I had.
Then there was a plate that broke as I set it on the table. No idea why . But now they’re saying I have to pay for it????????
Cookware leaves a lot to be desired.
People were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend staying here as they try to get every penny they can from you.
And I almost forgot as I was sitting in the lounge , I had a rat run over my foot, straight into the kitchen. Wouldn’t advise eating here.

I live in Houston, Texas. USA, and I stayed at H21 Apartments during my vacation, and I have to say that they staff was very polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean and very appealing to the eye. The hotel has a restaurant and a Bar/Lounge area and the food was wonderful. They also provide room service if you wish to eat in your apartment. There is complimentary WIFI and free movies to watch for the in-house digital movie library. The rooms are in a bedroom and living room suite configuration so you can entertain guests in you room with enough seating space. There is also a confectionary bakery on the premises, so if you have a sweet tooth for cakes, this is the place to be.
