Fairfield Inn & Suites Huntsville Redstone Gateway

The facility is nice overall, but our bathroom was clearly not cleaned with a big hairball in the bathtub and on the floor. The pool was very loud and crowded with kids climbing/running all over the hot tub/pool deck. It seemed parents were not watching their children.

We had a fantastic stay- would absolutely stay here again. Very clean, very new, very nice.

Great property - new, clean, quiet, close to the highway. Front desk service was outstanding. Excellent value, look forward to staying here again.

The property was fantastic! Very clean, great atmosphere. I would give a full 5 star rating except for 2 issues: 1) I scheduled this property through *******, and paid for the stay on line. When I arrived at the property, the night clerk asked for a credit card, which I assumed was for "incidentals". However, my card was charged 2x by the hotel for the full price of the room, for a total of 3 charges including what I paid online. I discovered this before even stepping foot in the room. Only one charge was reversed, despite the confirmation of the clerk that this was done. I called the next day to have the 2nd charge reversed. That was 5 days ago, and the charge is still on my statement. 2) The surrounding area is brand new- there are not many options for dining, coffee, etc, but I'm sure that will change.

Facility and staff were great. Location was very convenient.
