Beyond expectations! Check in/out were breezy, and very kind and helpful receptionists, helped us with airport transfer with good price and some recommendations in this city. Hotel was modernly designed and decorated with quality fittings & furniture. It had sauna facility, no lift but staircase was enough for us. Loved the room, aircond was already on before our arrival which was a very nice gesture(it’s summer month). everything worked well and nicely designed, separate shower and toilet just not bright enough. Bathtub outside of shower room made the ambiance fancy and classy. Scooter rental available with good price, eateries and cafes around, no hassle. It’s highly competitive with the price we paid for this stay, low price with high quality. Thank you

A charming boutique hotel close to imperial city. Rooms were nicely decorated, though it was a bit dark. Staff were friendly and informative.

Прекрасный отель. Номер чистый. Расположение рядом с набережной и в 10 минутах от императорского города. Можно арендовать мотобайк. Отзывчивый персонал, помогли решить все вопросы. Рекомендую.

Cũm bình thường :v Được cái vị trí trung tâm :v đi đâu cũng tiện. Có luôn xe máy cho thuê luôn, mấy bạn nhân viên rất nice.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ. Vị trí trung tâm đi lại rất thuận tiện. Nhân viên vui vẻ nhiệt tình. Lần sau đến Huế sẽ quay lại!

Cute boutique hotel with a lovely mezzanine room. The room was perfect with all the amenities you need. The hotel is located a pleasant 15-20mins walk from the Citadel and sightseeing places, and the same distance to the restaurants & bars of the bustling Hue bar street, in the opposite direction. However, there were several places to eat and grab a coffee right outside the hotel. There was a cute, and our fav, coffee place for Vietnamese egg coffee right opposite! The staff at the hotel were really lovely, welcoming and friendly. My only negative, was that there was no TV to watch, every was through Youtube but we weren't here to watch TV but to explore wonderful Hue. All in all the hotel was great and amazing value for money. We def recommend The Chum Boutique as a place to stay in Hue

We picked Chum’s for its great location, and the staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. It’s definitely a bit different, quirky even as far as hotels are concerned. Overall we were happy with our choice but like other reviewers there are some things to note before booking; - there’s no elevator, not a problem for us as we’re fit and able to do 3 flights of stairs with luggage - it can be a bit noisy and there’s not much soundproofing - no breakfast available but lots of options locally and one morning the receptionist even sent out for some Ban Mi for us but lots of good breakfast options nearby in the street or the adjacent street to Chum’s or if you’re happy to walk 5-10 minutes I would recommend Cafe on Thu Wheels. - the mattresses on the beds are quite hard but you sort of get used to it. - there’s a sauna in the basement that guests can use but we didn’t. - We’d booked a duplex room but didn’t really need the second bed as only two of us (think it must have been the only room available when we booked). I would seriously worry about a child or elderly person using the mezzanine level though as it involves having to go up and down the spiral staircase. See photos! The room we had also had a bath which we didn’t feel like using, it’s a shame in a way as it compromises the useable space in the room so the shower room and toilet are small but other guests may love having a bath as well as a shower. Would recommend a stay but we might try a different room next time.

The Chum Boutique is a quaint little hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We booked a triple room containing of one double bed and another bed on another level (connected by a spiral staircase). The hotel is near restaurants and only a 15 minute walk to Dong Ba market across the river. It's pretty cosy on rainy nights. We had a good stay.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at The Chum Boutique Hotel in Huế. The hotel offers a cozy and stylish atmosphere with well-decorated rooms that are both comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The location is also great, situated in a quiet area yet close to popular attractions like the Imperial City. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and enjoyed the location and rooms. The staff were always attentive, polite and professional. The only down side were the room fridges not operating properly and the bathroom sinks located in the room itself. The hotel is in the centre of town and close to all tourist locations

Very accessible location to the imperial city and walking distance from some nice bars and cafes. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel at impressively reasonable price. Rooms are stylish and very comfortable. The hotel is approx. 15 minute walk to the Citadel and located on a vibrant street with cool cafes. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Strong recommend!!
