This hotel is in an excellent location. Walking distance to all Kingston has to offer. Great restaurants and bars. Shopping and bakeries. Steps from the 1000 island cruise line and wolf island ferry.

The toilet was blocked when I first entered the room but they fixed it within 30 min so it’s very efficient and acceptable. We got an extra breakfast from the reception so I am very happy with they special caring to us. Location is excellent right next to the pier and many great restaurants.

這個小鎮很漂亮，冰淇淋好吃。停車停到不遠處額外停車場那麼衹要5元一晚上。酒店要選湖景房，有陽台，坐着看着 特別舒服

金斯頓海濱假日酒店，緊鄰湖區，環境優美，周圍餐飲豐富；酒店房間寬敞舒適，自助早餐選擇還算豐富，服務人員熱情周到；這次預訂的湖景房，所給的是二樓房間，樓層有些低，陽台蚊子很多，基本不能在陽台久坐；有停車場但需要付費；整體挺滿意的！

預訂的帶湖景和陽台的三天房間，還特別備註了希望是高樓層有更好的湖景的房間，酒店回覆説盡力安排。到店後酒店實際提供的房間是最低樓層沒有湖景沒有陽台的房間。要求更換房間，前台亞裔小姐説當天沒有湖景房，網絡上查核：攜程/booking/酒店官網上當天都有湖景房可以預訂。前台亞裔小姐先以未收到攜程款項為由，讓住客直接聯繫攜程取消訂單後重新預訂；待攜程客服聯繫退單時，又改口拒絕退單，同時堅稱當天沒有湖景房可換，網上訊息有誤。後經攜程升級協調才取消後兩天的訂單。此次經歷讓住客對假日酒店的信譽大打折扣，無論是官網客房訊息有誤説明酒店業務管理混亂；還是前台小姐傲慢無禮無誠信説明酒店人員管理混亂；都反映了假日酒店的管理和服務質量存在明顯問題，與同時期入住的萬豪/威斯汀等其他連鎖酒店相比有很大差距。非常令人失望。
