Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Sofitel von Luang Prabang, sehr herzlicher Empfang von der Ankunft bis zu unserer Abreise. Dies ist ein sehr ruhiges und entspannendes Hotel mit viel heiterer Atmosphäre, auf die wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts gefreut haben. Da es etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums liegt, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 10 Minuten mit dem Tuktuk, bieten sie von 18:00 bis 21:30 Uhr kostenlose Shuttles in die Stadt oder zurück. Höfliches Personal, hilfsbereite und freundliche Leute. Das Frühstück ist einfach, nicht gigantisch, ausreichend, sie bieten eine kostenlose 5-minütige Massage an, wenn Sie zum Frühstück ankommen, falls Sie eine wünschen … Der Pool und der Garten sind wunderschön und gut gepflegt. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine gute Stimmung an diesem Ort, wir werden wiederkommen und es unseren Freunden empfehlen.

it is a very beautiful hotel with a beautiful garden view. i enjoy my stay here. also all my family members. the hotel has many friendly staff and especially my thanks to mr. Te vard nouding leng. we will definately come back and choose the hotel again! they also help us book the tour and reserve the restraurant. thank ypu for everything. we recommend our friends to choose this too!

Our stay had a lot of high points and a lot of low points. Starting with the high points, the grounds and room were incredible. Our experience at the spa was one of the best we’ve had. The cocktails and Laos-style burger we had for lunch one day were phenomenal. The staff were charming and very accommodating. However, there were a few aspects that were far below the experience expected of a 5 star hotel. First, cocktail service around the pool was abysmal. On almost every occasion we had to go searching for a staff member to take our order, and then the cocktails more often than not took more than half an hour to arrive. This is despite the fact that we seemed to be the only people ordering F&B at that time, i.e. they were not busy at all. Second, the breakfast was a disappointment every day - we were told we could order eggs or noodles, and had to repeatedly press the staff to find out what type of eggs and noodles, and we only discovered on the last day that there was a menu with additional options. We ordered poached eggs on toast, and the eggs had not been drained of excess liquid, and the bread was entirely soaked through. An order of waffles took over an hour to come out - first it was delivered as a pancakes, and then they just forgot about it despite repeated follow ups. The “local” Laos options lacked flavor - very little of the herbs and spice that makes Laos food great. I think this and the pool service issue are primarily the result of a lack of training and instruction for staff - they were clearly doing their best, but did not know what to do. Third, the pool area needs a lot more spent on maintenance. The decking is cracking and falling apart. The mosaic tiles in the pool are falling apart, A LOT of the tiles are missing, and I got a very large laceration on my forearm from the sharp edge of a tile sticking out. If this pool were in a western jurisdiction, it would not meet health and safety standards. Fourth, the gym was not worth visiting if you want to lift weights. Possibly the worst weights offering I’ve seen for a hotel of that price and with that much space. We want to reiterate how great and enthusiastic the staff were. I think this is primarily a management oversight, training, and maintenance capex issue.

酒店很好很安靜，環境很好，房間很大，還有免費的自行車可以騎，但是那邊太曬了，我們還是租的摩託車。酒店早餐全靠點，比較豐富，想吃啥就點啥基本都可以滿足味道很不錯。就是服務員總在推銷有點讓人受不了，不是推銷他們酒店旗下老撾菜就是酒店按摩項目，還有用酒店的車但是他們的都很貴去吃了一次他推薦的老撾菜，味道環境沒得説但是感覺味道一般吧。但總體還是值得入住的推薦！

從3nagas過來的，免費接駁，剛到就有歡迎儀式。不得不説雖然是全世界最小的索菲特，衹有25間客房，但是是我在老撾旅遊最美的酒店了。 琅勃拉邦好酒店太多太多了，以後有錢了再來體驗安曼 入住當天沒有其他中國客人，全是老外。酒店雖然不大，但是完全可以當做一個景點來體驗。

酒店內環境非常好，地理位置好，出行方便。特別温馨的是前台工作人員主動詢問退房後的安排並貼心的聯繫了下一家酒店免費來接。非常感謝！

算是琅勃拉邦的奢華酒店了，酒店小人少。酒店很好看，還放養了小朋友喜歡的兔子。唯一的遺憾是沒騎到酒店免費的自行車。

非常好，服務熱情周到，滿滿的度假感，很漂亮的院子，可愛的小兔子，游泳池也不錯，孩子們很喜歡，下次還會再來。早餐再豐富些就好了😁

確實挺小的，衹住了一晚，服務態度還不錯，就是接送的車子比較少 ，也沒有免費接送火車之類的

五天四晚的琅勃拉邦之旅，分別入住3 Nagas的美景閣和幽靜別緻的索菲特。🏨 首先是3 Nagas，位置無比優越，步行至夜市、皇宮和各大寺廟均在10分鐘以內。他們的甜品不愧是人間特供，強烈推薦！🍰 接着是Sofitel，這家酒店的法國殖民時期建築風格本身就是一道風景，房間性價比極高，私人庭院和泡池把私密性和鬆弛感拉滿，非常適合悠閑度假。酒店內還有兩衹可愛的兔子自由穿梭，增添了不少樂趣。🐰臨走前嘗試了10分鐘的免費按摩，手法精準，有些小遺憾沒來一個全身Massage。 兩家酒店的早餐都非常豐盛，感謝Keilli和其Team貼心的服務。並且，因為同樣隸屬於雅高達酒店集團，酒店之間有免費擺渡車和自行車可供使用。總之，無論是city walk還是享受安寧，這兩家都是極佳的選擇！🍽️
