Great location in Hot Springs with hosts that are so personable and great advocates for the area. The breakfasts were quite good and the snack table by the kitchen was a nice perk for sure. Lovely rooms and we enjoyed the chess set. If you go try the SQZBX pizza spot…just a short walk away.

Gorgeous house! This is our 3rd time staying and our first time in the Parlor Suite. The suite was comfortable & quiet, as was the B&B and the neighborhood. Loved the jetted tub! Deliciously superb breakfast included & served in room; easy walk/drive into the national park. Cody & Joe are fantastic, super-friendly hosts. And Joe's lemon bars are fire!

When we choose lodging, it's integrated into part of our getaway experience. The 1890 Williams House Inn is just that. It’s more than a beautiful historic home… it is the perfect marriage of accurate period trim and modern day amenities, and smells of old wood and fresh laundry, with a hint of floral. Joe met us at check-in and gave us a tour of the home, as well as lots of great local tips! He and Cody were amazing hosts, and brought us home-cooked breakfast each morning (I highly recommend the Williams Suite for this feature!) and it was delicious! We were so full, we didn’t need lunch either day! We will definitely be back!

Joe and Cody and the entire staff were the best! The Carriage House Suite was very nice! We enjoyed having a cup of tea on the veranda and petting the cat. The grounds are very lovely. We had the best time there and will stay again should we find ourselves in Hot Springs again.

The Williams House is a delightful place to stay while visiting Hot Springs National Park. It is a beautifully decorated historic home and the hosts Joe and Cody are so friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable with the softest linens and the shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast each morning was delicious. I had asked for gluten free and Joe created delicious versions of what everyone else was having. Important for us was the location in relation to the park. Historic downtown Hot Springs was a 10 minute walk away so we were able to come and go as we wanted between visits and hikes. If I could give them more than a 5 I would!

Coffee delivered to our door at 7:30 each morning was one of many pleasures we enjoyed in our stay at the Williams House Inn. Our Williams Suite was roomy and included a jetted tub, two TVs and a four-poster bed. Each breakfast was artfully prepared, delicious and Instagram worthy. Service was top notch and included recommendations for restaurants and points of interest--one of the reasons we love staying at bed and breakfasts. Joe delivered on every level. When we return to Hot Springs, we'll stay again at the Williams House Inn. Highly recommend.

My family had an amazing stay over Christmas. They helped us by giving us a full rundown of the town and gave us things to do that were still open on Christmas. Went to all the places recommended and had lots of really good experiences. Food was delicous! Especially since we are a family of picky eaters. They were incredibly kind and the rooms were perfect. I will never forget the tub or the kind cat that came to visit. If you are visiting Hot Springs Arkansas, this B&B is worth the stay.

Wonderful. Absolutely tremendous. If you like historic homes, this is it! Incredibly comfortable bed, very cozy room, a huge, marvelous bathtub…nothing not to like! And the breakfast!! To die for!! Cody & Joe are very kind and wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back!

The house is amazing, spacious, and cozy, with a lovely porch. The location is perfect and easily walkable to spa row and the town center. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. The food was outstanding. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Hot Springs.
