Rose called me once I booked the room to make sure we appropriate transportation to the hotel from Ningbo Railway Station. We exchanged WeChat contact information, and she was able to answer all my questions leading up to and during our stay. The room was clean, the amenities were great. The location and views from the hotel were fantastic.
